S.A Total Tree Service did an exceptional job in removing a tree from my backyard! Dave was very thorough in explaining the process for the removal and his team were respectful of property, responsive (same day service), and very professional! They did an amazing job!

The work they did was top notch! The crew was very careful of the surroundings and did an amazing job of removing two trees. Everyone was courteous and answered any questions I had. Definitely a five star job!

Dave was out for my estimate the same day I called. He and his crew were at my house the next day (on time!) and did a fabulous job. They were professional and left my yard looking much more tidy than when they arrived. I will most certainly use them again.

Great service as always. This was our third year using SA Total Tree to trim our front yard oaks. Despite the frequent rains they were very accommodating on the schedule and provided excellent results. We will continue using them year after year.

David, contacted me the same day and personally visited to give me a quotation on the spot. His price, although not the best I had received, was competitive. I chose SA Total Tree Service based on his responsiveness and enthusiasm. His crew showed up early the next morning and completed the work within a few hours and hauled away all the cuttings and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. The finished product looks great. I would definitely recommend and use SA Tree Service again.

We called Dave earlier in the day and he arrived that evening to discuss the job and give us an estimate. We needed: -35' palm tree trimmed -Remove a large mesquite tree -Trim a massive oak tree that also covers part of our neighbor's property Dave was nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We described what we wanted, and he went over all of the details of how they would perform the work. He gave us an estimate and also offered to trim up some other trees off of the fence or wall surrounding our yard if we decided to use him. He is quite the salesman, but in the end he and his company lived up to everything that was promised. We had contacted 2 or 3 other services to get estimates, so we told him we would talk to them first, then let him know. In the end, Dave was THE ONLY PROVIDER THAT SHOWED UP FOR AN ESTIMATE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. None of the other services we had contacted showed up when they said they would for their estimates. In fact, none of them even bothered to give us a courtesy call as sat at our house waiting for them. (Full Disclosure: All of these other service providers were "A" rated on Angie's list as well.) We called Dave to tell him that he had earned our business. He came by the next evening for us to sign the contract, and he scheduled our work for the very next afternoon. A crew of 6 or 7 people showed up right on time with all of their equipment, and they immediately got to work. The palm was done within 30 minutes, and the mesquite was removed, cut up, and the stump grinded down within the following hour. They all then got busy on the massive oak tree, trimming dead branches, raising the canopy, demossing, etc. Dave come to the site during the process and called me with a progress report. I work only a few minutes away, so I met with him there, we discussed some details, and he made sure his crew took care of it all. The entire job took about 5-6 hours and they cleaned up, chipped, and hauled off everything they had removed. They were punctual, did a great job, and charged a fair price. We will definitely use them again.

On the scheduled date everyone showed up promptly at 8:30 as scheduled. We talked again about what I wanted done and the men got started. They were there until about 3:30 that afternoon. It was hot and they worked hard all day. I got exactly what I had hoped for. They totally cleaned out about 6 trees and took them from horrible to beautiful. As they made their way through the trees Dave would take me out to see if I was pleased or wanted anything else done. He told me that I was the boss! Some of the limbs were over the neighbors fence and they went over to speak to the neighbor personally and cleaned up their backyard perfectly also. When they left my house the trees were perfect and the yard was cleaner than when they arrived. There were no sign of tree limbs, leaves, etc. They blew my driveway and the street too! It could not have gone easier, faster or better! They did a fabulous job! I would use them again and I will give their number to any of my friends that need tree trimming. Everything went very well and I highly recommend this company for tree trimming and shrub trimming. I was greatly impressed with how hard the men worked, only taking a break for lunch. All the mess was cleaned up. They even made sure to clean the street where the tree chipper was located. You can tell they take great pride in their work. When I asked to see a copy of their license and insurance, the owner was able to show me the information in a binder that he had on-site. That was a first. :) I usually have to wait to see it sometime down the road. That in itself shows the professionalism of this company!

Awesome they really cleaned the tree up nice. They hauled away all the branches. Because of the rain they weren't able to come on Saturday, But Dave called me and let me know. They came today while I was at work and did a terrific job. They trimmed it two years ago and did an awesome job.

Dave called me and arranged a time to do an estimate. I had three estimates from Angies list already. I had limited time. He gave me a fair price and within an hour his crew was here trimming trees. The arizona ash was a mess and they did a great job. He listened to all my concerns and allowed me to make suggestions. There was a car parked in the way and I was very concerned it would get hit with a branch. They took extra care and at no time was the car in danger. They cleaned it all up and even blew out the driveway.
