This was the second time we have had RRSA do roofing work for us. The first time was my house and the second time was on my Mother's home. DJ is a top notch project manager. He was a pleasure doing business with and would not hesitate recommending him to anyone. DJ went out of his way to make sure that everything ran smoothly and on time. Thank you for an awesome job!

Shane met with our insurance adjusters to walk them through the damage he found from his inspection. Based on his efforts, insurance covered everything (post-deductible). Shane's team immediately went to work and managed to wrap things up within just a few days. Shane was both proactive and responsive, and he was very polite along the way. Even when we had a few small issues, Shane addressed them literally right away. I have recommended him to neighbors and friends and would do it again. He's one of the good ones.

He's done three houses for me and does a really good job. Johnny Cox gets me the most from the insurance company. He is an insurance adjuster and knows how to make sure nothing is overlooked. They pay a lot of attention to details and makes them re-do it if anything is wrong.
