The service left a lot to be desired. We would not hire them again. The film that they installed was okay but we had to go around with them on the Venetian blinds. One was not installed properly. They tried to fix the problems and they never were completely fixed.
Description of Work: They do two things. They put light adsorbing film on two windows and then later installed venetian blinds.

Order was placed 8-29-2006 estimated 3 weeks to installation. 9-19-2006 notified that selected fabric was not available. 9-20-06 requested refund of deposit. 9-27 2nd request for refund of deposit, 9-29 3rd request. 10-3-06 finally received call that they would like to show us more fabric samples. Selected new fabric. 11-1 called to inquire of progress. 11-7 installer arrived and discovered that drapes were more than a foot too long on each side. 11-16-06 installer returned and completed installation. Accepted the work but it is not a really good job. Seams are puckered and lengths are not the same on each window.
Description of Work: Procured material, fabricated and installed treatments on 4 windows.
