The staff was very helpful to us from the time we entered the door.  They provided ideas, samples and suggestions.

We made our choices.  Our installer, who is an independent contractor, has worked with Royal Tile many times in the

past. The installer picked up the tile and brought it to our house on the day the work was done.

The new tile is stunning as installed. The installer had 2 tile boxes and 1 bag of grout left over which Bryan refunded. Royal has a good selection of tile to pick from and Bryan is excellent to work with and very helpful with explaining your options. The price to quality of the tile available at Royal is excellent.

This was a very courteous bunch of people. My wife dealt with them and had nothing but positive things to say. As soon as she walked in, they were eager to help. Unlike other Tile Companies she had visited, these gentlemen tried to get a feel of what we were looking for and match up the right tile rather then just push their most expensive tile on us. They even said we could return any unused tile still in the box. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

They spent a lot of time with us going over many different types of tile. Very accommodating and patient.
