I really appreciated their communication with me.  They communicated with me online which was comforting.  They sent me an email that said they were coming the next day and when they finished the work, they sent me an email that said they have done it.  They took pictures and emailed me the pictures to prove that they had done it, because I was out when they did the work.  So it was awesome and I would use them again.  I felt like I could really trust them.  I was able to pay ahead of time using PayPal.  It was very convenient.

Originally, I called and got a phone quote, tentatively setting up an appointment for the following week, offering them the use of my equipment hoping that would lower the quote. They called back later on the same day, and quoted an even lower price, using their own equipment. Afraid that that that lower bid would be too low, I requested them to come out and look before solidifying the bid. They got back with me on Sunday, and he came out ready to work, even though it was supposed to be on a weekday later on in the week. I was thrilled, because I was going to be unavailable on Monday. Also, they did the work on the agreed lower bid. They were done in about an hour, and did an excellent job. I intend on having them do my lawn on a regular basis. Ross was very personable and professional, and a hard worker, and that really impressed me.
