ROSIO RENOVATIONS

The first time he built it he put a post in the neighbors yard. When we pointed that out he said he'd just build a box around it to hide it. That, of course was not acceptable and he did actually admit later that was not a good decision, that he was wrong and he removed the post. He built the fence but he only ran cross bars from post to post at the bottom and top of the fence. The fence is very wobbly and not supported properly at all. It should have included a middle support bar and it does not. He also placed each board at 1/2 to 3/4 inch gaps between every board. That totally depletes the definition of a "privacy" fence which is what we ordered. He said he had to allow room for swelling. Nothing is going to swell enough to fill in those gaps. When I called him about the shoddiness of the fence he wouldn't answer the phone. He knows my number so he didn't pick up but he called my 81 year old mother instead, thinking I guess that he could talk his way around his mistakes. When he built the fence on the back alley he didn't include a backstop which I had to do myself. One of the boards he put up broke. I don't trust him to come and build a quality gate at all. I hope he'll offer to come back, tear down the fence and put it up properly but I doubt that's going to happen. He doesn't seem to want to take responsibility for the wobbly fence at all. So my 81 year old mother is out $1500. and we need to find someone to fix what he did wrong.

CONTRACTOR WAS ON TIME AND VERY THOROUGH. HE DID NOT TAKE ON ANOTHER JOB WHILE DOING MINE. EASY TO WORK WITH, AND LOW BIDDER ON THE JOB. CLEANED UP ENTIRE JOB SPACE AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED.
