ROOF LEAK SPECIALISTS

They were very pleasant and honest about the fact the this was a difficult repair. They said that they would take a $100 off the original estimate given that they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't leak again. They said the only other option would be tearing up the roof and redoing it, a very expensive option. I appreciate the honesty, but would have appreciated more creativity in finding a middle option between slopping down some caulk with no guarantee and replacing the roof. The roof leaked after the repair. After a number of calls, they came back to put on more caulk as agreed, but it still leaked. So ultimately, I'm back where I started.

Great - fixed the leak where three others could not.

Ray and Michelle Hennigar do wonderful work.  This latest job was a deck extension, which turned out beautifully. 
They left the job site clean and in good order each day when they left.
While removing construction waste from our site, they volunteered to haul additional bulk items we needed to dispose.
They also did a great job repairing and repainting our shed. They also mounted a large fan for us.
Last year, the Hennigars put a new metal roof on our house and built a huge pergola over our patio and deck.  All had great craftmanship.  They truly take pride in their work. 
Quality work at fair price, and really nice folks, too! I highly recommend Hennigar Contracting.

The Hennigars are a family run business, with a real personal connection.  Throughout the process they maintained good communications to make us confident.  They cleaned the job site every day prior to leaving, and did a very good job.  They worked with us on design issues and were flexible on any hitch that came up.
As a very small company, one should not expect the job to be completed in short order. However, the job took a lot longer than we had hoped.
Overall, the Hennigars do a fine job and we would confidently recommend them to a friend.
