ROLAND'S PLUMBING SERVICE

Needed some work done in bathroom. I had almost all parts except for about $10 worth of parts. They charged me $90 for $10 worth of parts and $150 to replace the insides of my toilet which took all of 30 minutes. They won't give you an estimate and always say they will bill you so you have no idea what the bill will be until you get it. I used them for years and understand they run a business. I don't mind paying a reasonable rate but they have passed into the realm of gouging. When I asked Roland about the cost of parts he said they used gloves too. I guess that was supposed to make the overcharging ok. Will not use them again nor refer them which is too bad because they do good work.

I called late Thursday night and they were out the next morning at 8am as requested. they had the disposal with them, and were done in about an hour and a half. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional

I had a kitchen sink blockage that I was unable to resolve. I had tried the Draino/Liquid Plumber products. I let them sit all night to work. No luck with those. I tried using a plunger - even ran one of those 75 foot rotor snakes through the clean out trap from the utility room... still no resolution. I finally gave up after 3 days of a very slow kitchen drain. My neighbors recommended Roland's Plumbing to me. They said they have used them for many years, so I called them. Told them my problem, and within 2 hours 2 men showed up. They worked on the drain situation for about 1 hour and and had the drain running smoothly again. I thought the charge was reasonable and they cleaned up after they were through.

They did very well and I think that they were very reasonable. My husband used them recently at his office and they were fast, on time, and reasonable. We are pleased with the work they did. The job at my husband’s office was very important and they were very punctual.

This was my first time to use this business. I selected this business based on location (near my house) and recommendations on Angie's List. The plumber was there within an hour after I called, he was efficient, the price was reasonable, and he solved the problem. This is likely to be the first plumber I call the next time I have a problem.

I have a drain in the floor where I used to have a pottery studio, they cleaned the drain because there was a massive problem. He did a better job than other companies we have had out to do that service. I used to have to have it done every 6 months, he got the snake in very far and past and elbow and did a very good job.

They responded within 2 hours, and repaired the problem by replacing poor plumbing work (by the original installer) with pipes and fittings that should have been installed originally. Roland himself came out to make sure the work was done properly by Abel, his helper of many years. We have used Roland for plumbing for many years. His work has always been reliable and reasonably priced. And fast.

Roland s Plumbing service has always been very quick when I call them, I called them recently to replace two elements in my hot water heater and they were here the next day. The service man was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the elements replaced quickly. I will continue to call Roland s plumbing for all my plumbing needs and would recommend their customer service to others.
