ROGER UPHOLSTERY

Mr. Roger Yarbrough visited me and my husband in our home to provide us with an estimate of upholstery/price.Mr. Yarbrough agreed to upholster our brand new Ethan Allen accent chairs, in addition to ordering our upholstery .  The chairs were delievered to his shop in the orginal box unopened.  He did not offer to provide us with a receipt, until I asked for one.  He had my husband to write it out. The day Mr. Yarbrough delievered the chairs to our home ,he over charged us $50.00.    He had promised me and my husband that  the $50.00 would be mailed to us since he did not have his notes.  I have called him several times and each time he promised he would mail  the money.  Except for the last call, he indicated to me that one of his customers told him not to pay  me. The next day after sitting on one of the accent chairs I noticed that both of the chair's finishing were chipping off due to rough handling, seat had different heights and double welt had different sizes.   My husband and I  then were informed that he did not upholstery the chairs, but his assistant.  I informed him that the chairs were going to need correcting, and that I would be going to another upholstery shop.  He insisted to give him an opportunity.  I declined. 2 Ethan Allen accent chairs $250.00     Over charge us -$50.00 (He did not have his info sheet with him) Mr. Yarbrough had varies sizes of welts Mr. Yarbrough was referred by a manager in the San Antonio Ethan Allen warehouse
 Another upholstery shop   had to remove the upholstery from the seat /and double  welt the seat to make seat height the same. New double welt   $316.09.I would not recommend this person
