Interior Painting
The house was painted but we had to buy far more paint than we should have. The surface preparation was non-existent. We asked the superintendent to 'fire' this painting crew but they kept coming back. We plan on hiring a new painter to repair, touch-up, and re-paint most of the interior of the house. If you're in need of a painter or painting crew, PLEASE find someone other than Robert Delgado (dba C & D Painting) for the job.
