They not only repaired the transmission incorrectly, but caused additional damage. They say that they warranty repairs, which is a complete scam. The car did not even get my son home from the shop before it stopped. We had it towed back to the shop and the mechanic, Rick, stated that the car was fine and there was nothing wrong with it. This happened two or three times, so we finally decided to take it to another transmission shop. We found that he had repaired the transmission incorrectly, put the incorrect transmission fluid and damaged the body of the car. We contacted Rick and informed him that we wanted a refund, because he was unwilling or unable to properly repair the car at which time he told us that he does not give refunds. Be ware of this companies business practices. They have a sign on their door that says that they accept VISA, MasterCard, however when they know that they have not repaired a car properly (or at all), they say that their machine is down and they can only take cash. I strongly advise anyone considering to check the BBB reviews first. This was a costly lesson for my son to do his research. It also appears that they have a couple of small claims cases against them. We will be the third.
