+ -1 moreOriginally gave owner an A rating, but 4 years later, I am fed up. Owner was cordial but the salesman did not listen to my Ranchhand who was supposed to give me the information. He called me and bothered anyway, even when my hand said he would give me the info. Salesman informed me I had to pay thousands more for additional work on the same property. I paid over $8000 originally and they wanted an additional 5-digit sum for more work that I was under the impression I paid for originally. They call and keep wanting to inspect their work and that’s is how they try to hook you for more money. Very disappointed with this company.
Description of Work: In 2014, this company did work for me and have been bothering me ever since to sell me additional work on what was supposed to have already been done.

+ -1 moreThey refused to honor the contract and left me with a partially dug out area for the foundation.
Description of Work: I was adding a handicap bathroom for my husband off my utility room. I was provided a contract which I accepted. I asked for the plans for the bathroom and was told by John Berry that they didn't do plans but knew what I wanted. I contracted the plumber outside the contract. After the plumber was finished John told me he failed to include "pumping" under the house and that would be another $3500.00. I finally agreed to that and it was scheduled for the following week on Wednesday. John called and postponed it for a week and we rescheduled for the following Wednesday. On the following Tuesday John called and said they were not going to do the job and gave numerous excuses. Now I find out that he is bragging that they were able to go down to the coast and get a number of jobs there thay would be more lucrative than my job. Hire this company at your own risk. If something better comes up they will leave you cold. Also I found another contractor who has taken over the job and gave me a quote to include the "pumping" that was $4500.00 less and appears I have much better job than Riverside would have done. I recommend you try Cardenas Concrete and Construction 210-537-0063.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Bobbie, came by everyday to check on the work and would get supplies for his employees. His Contractor, John, also came by to check up on how everything was going. The Foreman, Manuel who was running the job was very polite and knows what he's doing! All of the employees were on time, very polite and easy to work with. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs foundation work done. We also had a plumbing problem under the house with old pipes that needed to be changed and they got a plumber out A.S.A.P. to fix it. The guys cleaned up the mess very well and just did a wonderful job. ( I didn't put the address down where we had it done because this is not our house, but it was done in San Antonio)
Description of Work: The addition to our rental house had a big sink hole in the middle. The post under the house had rotted and needed to be redone and lifted. Our landlord actually found the company on Angie's list.

+ -1 moreThe work was done expeditiously with professionalism. The personnel who performed the work were courteous and left the site cleaner than when they began. The owner and his assistant were pleasant and thorough. The proposal listed all the supplies and requirements and the work began within a day or two of my signing the proposal. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation work. This is THE COMPANY to do the job!!!
Description of Work: Repaired pier and beam on a 100 year old home and secured the floor that was snaking and bumpy.
