Very responsive. Contractor called right away after submitting on Home Advisor. Provided a quote on the phone, then visited the site the next day to confirm. Able to start within a week and finished very quickly. Kept me informed throughout the process and provided a report confirming that all asbestos was removed as promised. Great company to work with.

I talked to Juan i told him I was getting tile installed in the livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. Turns out there was asbestos tile and adhesive (black as Asbestos adhesive) in the livingroom and dining room. I needed to get the asbestos removal done asap since it was backing up my tile installation and the company required a professional service for removal. Juan did the estimate for me, he did worked with our tight budget during this hard times of COVID-19. Juan said that would be able to get a crew together and tackle the job the same day I called. Julian (crew supervisor) came in and he was very professional and courteous. He inspected everything and said he will be able to get the job done in a few hours since he brought a big crew of guys. All the guys from the crew worked great and presented themselves professionally. The job got done in less than 3 hours, what a life savers these guys are. Would definitely call them back for 2 other rooms I need to get done and for my outside siding.

They came in they were quick and efficient. My only complaint is that they cut my kitchen window screen to accommodate they fan they used. This was not necessary because our screens will move up out of the way. They did not ask before cutting our screen.

The only negative I have is that the week before the scheduled removal I tried to confirm that they would be here and they tried to reschedule. We had another project lined up this didn’t work for us. We ended up figuring out a solution and working it out with just that one little bump in the plan and everything was removed great. I do highly recommend this company to anyone who needs asbestos removed. Knowledgable, friendly, and quick. Great work!

The process in testing it turned out to be very simple. Mr Hernandez had me mail him a sample and after receiving it, he sent it off for testing. The turn-a-round for testing just took a few days. It turned out not to contain asbestos which was a great relief. He even provided me with the testing results .

He said he would start on a certain day and finish on a certain day. He started when he said he would and made real good progress and finished when he said he would. The work was done quickly and cleanly.

Juan was great to work with. I would hire him again and again.

Overall I had a very good experience with this company. Juan provided a timely quote and did the job the next day. They would have earned 5 stars except for: 1. My handyman showed up at the work site and none of the workers were wearing hazmat suits. My handyman asked if they were going to wear their suits, and one of them said "Yeah good idea". They then put their suits on. 2. I live out of town and Juan would not take my credit card over the phone. I asked him about this before they did the job and he waited until after they finished to tell me no. I had to pay by check.

These guys are good...you can not go wrong.

Siding repair is expensive but worth it. My only problem was I got a quote for repairs and the contractor hadn't seen the work. I kind of felt like he could have seen what I was asking for before he quoted me, but nonetheless he fixed the siding to my house quickly and to my satisfaction. I'd recommend this company.

River City made the asbestos abatement piece of our project easy! They removed 2500 sq ft of asbestos tile, mastic, and some asbestos wall board. I contacted Juan on a saturday morning and had a bid by the afternoon. I work on remodel projects and with all trades on a regular basis and working with Juan was a breath of fresh air! He is prompt, professional, excellent in responsivemess and communications, and simply goes above and beyond. There are no games and no gimmicks with Juan. His price is competitive! I highly recommend Juan and Rivery City to get the job done well and on time!
