Mario was very professional in every contact, from setting up an appointment to review/bid the job to arriving to do the work. I had obtained several bids for the work, and had the most confidence in Rios' Tree Service due to Mario being a certified arborist and the company being bonded and insured. They arrived earlier than anticipated, and finished quickly and efficiently. They made very sure the area they worked in was as clean (cleaner - they even raked some leaves in my front yard!) when they left as when they arrived, and they hauled away all the tree parts removed. I would absolutely recommend Rios Tree Service and am likely to hire them the next time my trees need maintenance.

Mario and his team are excellent! The work was done quickly and professionally- care was taken so only the limbs sweeping over the house were cut. Mario is extremely knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. They removed and hauled away all of the limbs- nothing left behind in the yard! I plan to use Rios Tree Service from now on.

Set up an appointment for an estimate. Time for appointment came & went & they were a no show. Called the contact number several times, left a message & they never returned my calls.

We needed several Oak Trees trimmed on our property and it was getting close to the end of the season when this could be done to minimize Oak Wilt. This was the first time we were trimming the trees on this property as we have only lived here less than a year. We wanted to make sure we had a certified arborist to do the job right. The day that was arranged for an estimate was the day of the big freeze when the city shut down so we called and cancelled and rescheduled for the following week. The next scheduled day of the estimate, he did not show but we were so busy that we just didn't follow-up, then about a week later he showed up and said he was there for the estimate. We figured there was a mix up and needed the trees trimmed so we decided to hire for the work. The work was completed as scheduled and the trees looked good. Then a week later I noticed one branch of one large tree was dropping debris and seemed in poor condition. I called another arborist and they identified that the limb was dead and needed to be cut. It seemed odd that Rios did not identify this and cut this limb as part of the original work. I also noticed several limbs that had not been painted over so I called him and asked him to come out and look at them again. He said he would be out in a few days and never came. The work done was good, but due to the communication errors and missing what seems to be critical work, we won't use again.

Mr Rios responded immediately and was able to get the job done in a day. We definitely beat the deadline for code compliance. I will definitely use Rios Tree Service in the future.

I had 3 trees that I needed completely removed and 5 other terribly dirty trees (that seemed like the prior owners never ever pruned) and Mario and his team came out, as promised and cleaned up my trees so beautifully and took down 3 others (that were dead) which were located on the fence line and in between my house and my neighbors.  No problems at all.  They made it look easy.  It even started raining on the guys but they continued to work on the trees.  They gave me a very good price and did the job well!  5 Stars!  Thanks Mario!!

Called 2 people out for estimates and Rios was the same price but I picked him because he was insured. Showed up when he said he would. I had a large Arizona Ash and a Huge tree I think someone had told me it might be a boxwood not sure. About 85% of the branches had to be lowered down by rope. Interesting to watch these guys at work climbing high up there. Thanks

I encourage others to use him. If anybody needs a tree trimmer, I push them towards him.

They did not complete the service, damaged our personal property and then billed us for the full amount.

This was my second time using Rios Tree Service.  As with the first, Mario was prompt and prepared and did an excellent job.  He completed the job quickly and efficiently.  I will use him in the future and highly recommend him.

Rios came out to take care of the trees on the day and at the time that I had been given.  They worked quickly and carefully, as the trees were very close to my house.  Every last branch was cleaned up and hauled away.  I was so pleased with the job they did and with their interaction.  Communication was excellent.  I would use again and would recommend to anyone.

I looked him up on Angie's List.  He was very responsive and came over to provide an onsite estimate after seeing what I wanted done.  His estimated was much cheaper than others I called from Angie's List and a few others that were recommeded by friends.  His promptness in starting on time and completing were great.  He knew what he was doing and followed every instruction I gave him, without my supervision.  He ensured limbs and other debris were quickly removed and disposed of on the same visit.  He was extremely professional and polite--based on my experience he is a very honest man that has a lot of experience.  As you have heard in the past about getting multiple quotes--this time it really paid off.  Mr Rios' prices were nearly half of what others  wanted to charge.  I highly recommend him and his services.

They bid way over what it should have been. They quoted me a price that was 4 times higher than the other prices I had.
