Rio Medina Mechanical Services John Cano A/C & Heating    We own a Duplex and we had John do our HVAC for us ...he was subcontracted. He did the ducting and systems for top and bottom Apts. After installing the A/C units (3 months after being PAID) he showed me the upstairs Apt and that cold air was blowing out. We had issues with our General Contractor and John had told us that he was still waiting on money from him. We were surprised weeks later when we drove into our driveway to find a stranger's Truck. We went up to look on the side of the house where the AC's were and there John was working on the AC Unit that was for Upstairs Apt. We asked him what he was doing and he said he was refilling the refrigerant. We let him do what he needed and he left. We didn't test the Upstairs AC until weeks later and when we did no cold air came out. We called him 2 times and he said it was probably electrical and that he would stop by to look at it. He never came by. We called him again, he mentioned money issues with our Contractor, said once again he would come by to fix it. He never came by our house or called. We now have to pay someone else to fix our AC problem.   DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!
