These lamps were in bad shape. Not only had they stopped functioning properly from normal wear and tear but in trying to fix them myself I had done more harm than good. I wasn't really expecting that they were repairable. Not only did the Richardson folks get these lamps working - they returned them to like new condition in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing lighting help.

I took my lamp to the shop & was greeted promptly & professionally. I left the lamp & a week later it was ready for pickup.

It was great! The staff was very nice, and they didn't charge me for the repairs since they only had to tighten a screw. I would definitely recommend their services.

I have a pair of small lamps that I use on our baby grand piano and which cannot be replaced. I dropped one and messed up the workings. I looked on Angie's List for a reputable lighting company in San Antonio and chose Richardson Lighting. Took my lamp in on a Monday and was told it would be ready Friday. I received a call that it was ready on Thursday. When I picked it up, they told me it simply needed tightening which they did and insisted on not charging for it. I have two more lamps I will take to them and will highly recommend them to friends. Thank you Richardson lighting.

Both of the Richardsons were very nice and very professional. The work was excellent. It took a bit longer than we were first told, but they made up for that by saving us a trip over there to pick it up; Don delivered to our house on his way home. We heartily recommend Richardson Lighting for lamp repair. Although we are not in the market for a new lamp, their showroom is full of beautiful lamps and fixtures.

Took table lamp in for repair because the switch was no longer working. Met the repairman, Roland, and Mr. Richardson while I was there - both were very nice, courteous, friendly people. My lamp was quickly fixed and the price was very reasonable.

We dropped off the lamps today and he said they would be ready Monday. He called the next day and said the work is done. So far so good.
