Amazing! I found Rialto Jewelers on Angie's List. They had great reviews and I had absolutely no idea where to go to get a custom ring designed. The reviews on Angie's List were so positive about Luis that I decided to visit with him. From the first discussion it was apparent that he was very knowlegeable, giving me his opinion of what would look good and woudn't; thoughtful as he considered various options and fair. We worked on the design over a few month period (I wasn't in a rush and it was over the Christmas holiday). He explained each step of the process; sent me computer images; had me back to look at the wax cast; then had me in again to look at the ring before the stones were set. At each stage I was able to make modifications if needed. His priority was to create a ring that I would absolutely love and he was successful! he advised a euro shank (as it is more comfortable) aqnd a comfort fit - I was skeptical about the euro shank as it is a slightly flat bottom to the ring and I am wearing it with two anniversary bands that are round on the bottom - but it sits perfectly and it doesn't spin from the weight of the stones. He selected beautiful diamonds to circle each of the three stones. I was a little concerned that the ring may be "too much" as I went from a simple setting of three good size diamonds - to a wider band, diamonds down the sides and halos on all three stones - but the ring is stunning - absolutely stunning!

Luis gave me a price and said it might be below that and wouldn't be over it - he kept to his word on that which I appreciated. It is hard to find a jeweler who you trust - but Luis is easy to trust. He offered to buy my remainding gold from the necklace that I used to make the ring, and I had already contacted other jewelers on the price that they would offer and he was the highest of the few that I spoke with. Again, he seems more concerned with building long term customers as opposed to making the most out of every sale. Every time I was in the store there were repeat customers in there coming back for something - that speaks volumes! I will never use another jeweler even though he is a distance from my home, it is definitely worth the drive!

Listens to what you want. Than makes it even better. Will only use Rialto for any future need. Friendly professional and goes beyond my expectations.

Luis did an outstanding job. We had a ring from my fiancée's grandmother that we wanted to use the stones from. Luis worked with us to find a contemporary setting that we both liked and then he used all the stones in the ring. It came out beautiful. My fiancée fell in love with the ring. Now we have a ring that is unique and incorporates her grandmother's ring too.  It is awesome.

Luis is great to work with, super responsive and really wants you to have what you want.

We had to drive from New Braunfels but it was well worth it.  We have no regrets!

Wife was very, very happy with the results and that made me a very happy man.  The job was completed earlier and at a lower cost than what we were advised when we went in for the estimate.  Who wouldn't like that?  The results were amazing.  The thirty-two year old rings now look brand new - the gold and diamond sparkled.  The recommendation we got to solder the two rings together was a great one.  My wife loves the "one" ring concept.  And best of all - the ring(s) now fit perfectly on my wife's finger.  Without hesitation I would recommend Rialto Jewelry for all your jewelry repairs.  They also have a wonderful jewelry selection in addition to their custom design work.  Luis and staff were all great to work with.  Merry Christmas!

Luis let me look at several rings he had in the store, but because of the size of my mount, he said it would need to be a custom band that would be first made in wax. I returned to see the first band that had been designed in wax and with a few changes, the design was set to go. I was very pleased with the finished product. I drove from New Braunfels to his location only after reading the reviews on Angie's List. I have only lived in this area for about a year and was hesitant to go anywhere until I read the reviews for Rialto Jewelry. I love the finished product and Luis was easy to work with.

When I picked up my ring I was delighted. It looks brand new! I've had that ring since 1996 and it looks like I just purchased it.

After reading reviews for Rialto we decided to have them look the ring over. Weldon and Luis checked it and gave us a price for repairing the prongs or a new mounting which cost a little more than repairing the ring. We decided on the new mount. The ring was ready in in 3 days and it looked great. The new mount made the diamond sit a little higher giving it more light so it really sparkles. The ring was cleaned and looks so shiney now. The customer service was great. Thanks Luis and Weldon for making my wife very happy.
