Republic Tree Service was awesome from start to finish. Scott met with me on-time, and we discussed how to best trim my trees to ensure they continue to grow and stay healthy. When the crew came to do the job, they were prompt, professional, and did a great job.

Excellent. Republic representative Scott Ford came by for the estimate the next day and we scheduled the service. They were able to come by a day early. The professional crew got right to work. Trees were trimmed and the trimmings were ground up with their chipper for removal. They worked steadily for several hours and cleaned up everything. I will use Republic for all tree trimming and have recommended them to my neighbors.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Scott (the arborist) arrived on time, discussed the work I wanted done, and advised me of his recommendations. Jose and his crew arrived on time and did a great job. They carefully removed the necessary limbs over my house and garage, did all the additional trimming needed, and did a good job cleaning up. Very professional and hard working. I am very happy with all the work performed.

Scott and his team did an amazing job on trimming the mature oaks surrounding my property and the clean up afterwards was so thorough that you would not even know that they had been there. All cuts were sealed and they were knowledgeable about how to maintain the health of the trees. I would hire again and highly recommend. Very reasonably priced for the work completed.

Would highly recommend Republic Tree Service and we would definitely hire them again. I was quoted 3 times as much by a competitor. I’m still blown away by how affordable they were for the amount of work done. All of the deadwood was removed from 3 large, mature trees and all canopies were lifted and pushed back from the house and street. Trimmed a few others and even removed a descent sized tree that was becoming a safety concern. Scott, the arborist, was phenomenal. He was always responsive prior to the service and he even oversaw the entire project the day of. He and his crew did a great job and cleaned up everything and hauled it all away. Couldn’t even tell they had been there. Extremely happy with their services.

This is a wait-and-see. That's why I can't say if I will hire this company again but Angie's List requires I choose one. The arborist came out but he did not have any of the necessary equipment to stake the tree, even though I had described the problem over the phone when I set up the appointment. He brainstormed causes but he never could determine what caused the established tree to shift so dramatically. He told me he would 'just' charge me the arborist fee of $180.00. That seemed high but I wanted to save the tree. The final cost reflects the cost of the stakes and wire that were used. He returned the next day and staked the tree and put a 2x4 on the other side. The 2x4 fell down after about 3 days. In about 2 weeks, the stakes had come loose and the tree was once again threatening our neighbor's fence. The arborist returned and restaked the tree and it is currently close to vertical. It's wait/see at this point if it will shift again.

Republic was prompt in provid- Ing a quote and proof of Insurance as I requested. The quote was equal to 1 other and higher than 3rd. 3rd party failed to provide written quote. The service was timely. Scott consul- ted with me as the work progres- sed. All debris was removed. His crew was professional. I recommend this company.

Scheduling: Republic was very busy and Scott, a licensed arborist, worked closely with us to schedule each work day, the size of the crew available, and what work was to be accomplished. At the beginning of each day Scott was there to ensure the crew knew exactly what was expected. Scott was also there at the end of each day to review the work completed, to see if we had any questions or concerns, and to plan for the next day’s work. Work Crews: The members of each day’s crew were always courteous and worked efficiently as a team. We hardly knew they were here. Each day they arrived on time and only left when the yard was cleaned up. Kudos to their work ethic, even when it was 100F. Price: Very fair. Because the crew sizes varied, we agreed to use a daily rate rather than a single project price. We did get estimates from other vendors but Scott’s positive attitude, informative approach and pricing won us over. Republic Tree Service is an excellent company to work with.

Great! They first came to examine the Tree and then they provided me options and their cost. I decided on one option and provided a time period. They came as planned and did a great job. They left a clean area where the tree was gone as we wanted. The scheduled they proposed was done on time.

The work went very well. I have several trees in my yard very close to the house. I needed them pruned to get them away from the roof. Republic Tree Service sent a certified arborist and several other people to do the work. They painted over the cuts to prevent oak wilt and did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards. They also cleaned leaf debris out of the gutters.

Scott Ford was my primary contact, although both Scott's ultimately were engaged. It was as pleasant an experience as one could ask - they did the work well, quick, and exactly when they said they would. They are knowledgeable of trees & very helpful in their suggestions as well.

Scott came to the house and gave a quote to remove the tree and grind the stump. I was getting other quotes (3). I call Scott and told him we would like for his company to remove the tree. He said he wasn't sure just when he would be able to get to it but he thought in a couple of weeks. Well in 4 days he called and said they could get to it the next day. Sure enough about 9:30 the crew showed up. Chain saws in action...by 3:30 the tree was down and they were cleaning up. They left a stump about 4 inches high. Three days later Scott called and said there would be a person out mid afternoon to remove the stump. True to word a man showed up and went right to work. He had the stump ground down to about 4 or 5 inches below the surface. Chips flew. In about an hour and half he was done and 90 per cent of the chips cleaned up and a load of chips in the hole. That was fine as we can use some to put around other plants. In all the service preformed by Scott and his crew was top notch. One thing that caught my eye the most was the way the crew took care in cutting the tree and making sure limbs were not falling in the wrong place and the clean up was fantastic. In short, I am VERY PLEASE with the work done by Republic Tree Service , Scott and his Crew. Would recommend them in a blink of an eye.

On time and extremely professional and I wish every company was like this. Only downside is that they have a minimum charge of $350 so if you have a small job I wouldn't recommend them.
