They did a very good job and they were professional.

I took several bids. Regency wasn't the lowest bidder, but they were very competetive and Alonzo Garcia was extremely gracious and communicative. It was this professionalism that set him apart from the other bidders both high and low. Once the contract was signed and the deposit made, Regency showed up exactly when they said they would with a crew of gentleman ruffians. They knocked out the job in less than two days. Everybody on the crew (including Alonzo himself) was extremely industrious and polite at the same time. They thouroughly cleaned the job when they finished. I am a retired contractor and when I walked the roof a day later, I found everything to be in order.  In short, THESE GUYS ARE GOOD.

He did a good job, cleaned all work area.  Our only concern is that he did not use our  'step flashing'. We are concerned we might experience some leaks, but if so, we will call him back out.

Alonzo met with us to provide the estimate and was very knowledgeable and professional.  Of the five estimates we obtained he was not the lowest or highest but competitive and  the materials he proposed were of high quality. We felt we got the most for our money.  We were impressed with Alonzo's professionalism when he presented his proposal and quickly realized he was honest and did not try to over sell us. This is not our "first rodeo" and we have seen the spectrum when it comes to contractors.   Once we signed an agreement the work began in a timely manner and was completed well before we expected.  It appears that this company has adopted the philosophy that using what appeared as two crews allowed them to complete our  job in half the usual time but still  maintain a pace that allowed for quality results.  The new roof looks awesome.  I can't find a high spot, wrinkle, wave  or crooked row.  All the overhangs are uniform and clean. They flashed well, installed self sealing water barriers were the should be sealed the skylights and used a high quality fiberglass reinforced underlayment.  We had them remove multiple turbine vents and install ridge vents and just like the primary roofing project the  results are excellent. The entire crew was friendly, professional and generally seemed to like their job! The fact that this is a family business really shows.  Alonzo, his brother and his father were all part of the crew that actually completed the job and the pride they take in the job they do shows.  They made sure we were satisfied with the job before they ask for a dime.  There are few craftsmen left in the trades these days but these guys are definitely craftsmen at their trade.  We will use them anytime we need roofing in the future and will absolutely recommend them to our family, friends and any acquaintance in search of a referral. Oh, I almost forgot, they kept the area around the house clean throughout the job and when they left it was as clean as they found it with no damage to plants, flower beds , grass, house or gutters.

We were very pleased with the work that Regency Roofing provided.  When we met with Mr. Alonzo Garcia, he provided the estimate and explained the process of the material and labor that they were going to do.  Mr. Garcia climbed up to the roof and estimated all the installation that would be required which matched exactly with what our Insurance claims adjuster had provided. Mr. Garcia was not aware of the adjuster report.   Out of the three estimates we received, Mr. Garcia from Regency Roofing, was the only one that took the time to climb on a ladder and estimate all the damages done by the hail storm.  He was also the only one that took a look at the wood on our chimney and find that the beams were rotted and needed to be replaced.  The replacement did not change much of the estimated cost for the roof replacement. Mr. Garcia was very professional!  On the first visit he presented us with a  company brochure/folder which included the samples of shingles we could choose to replace our old ones.  When they completed the job, all was cleaned up efficiently!  No material including nails were in sight.  After the roof was finished, Mr. Garcia sat down with us to explain the warranty and asked that we call him if we see anything in the roof that needs to be fixed.  We are very pleased with Regency Roofing and Mr. Garcia who represented the company in a very professional manner!

A wind storm blew shingles off my roof.  While other roofers did not even return my calls, the Garcias answered
the phone, responded very quickly, were very professional, and got to my house the next day.  They worked late to get the repairs done, and the site was immaculate before they left.  I highly recommend them, and have already given their name to two co-workers of mine.

I haven't had any problems with them. On the other property, there was a leak. They were very responsive and came right back. I received three estimates and they offered the best price.

We had some water damage in the garage ceiling and it looked like some of the shingles above were damaged.  They replaced the damaged shingles and pretty much checked and sealed any trouble spots on the entire roof.

Everything was great; they are really good. They were on time, finished when they said they would and cleaned up everything. Their price was better than the other people for the same exact items.

After not receiveing call backs from two other Angies list roofers, I called Regency.  They couldn't do the repair that day but came two days to provide an estimate.  The work was done two days later in a very satisfactory manner.  Polite and responsive.

Arrived about noon first day to replace all bad wood. Second day arrived about nine am. Worked entire day until eight pm to replace 2900 square foot roof. Cleanup followed. Excellent job. Very professional. Very happy with the work done. I got 4 diiferent bids for the new roof. This company provided more services, using quality materials, for a better price.  Appeared to do excellent work, good cleanup, along with a 10 year warranty. Would definitely recommend.

,Overall, the job was quick and well done. Upon leaving, I discovered the cable wires were not put back in placed, but upon notifying Mr Garcia, the matter was quickly taken care of. It is always a good idea to take a walk through to see if anything was left that needs attention. After they were gone,  except for the new roof, you could not tell that anyone had been there. I have gotten several compliments on the way my roof looks now.

contractor got out right away and gave estimate.  He made appt for next day.  Later called back to cancel and reschedule for folollowing day whih was inconvenient as I was selling the house.However he did arrive on time for that appointment and worki was completed in a timely manner. Work was done well.

I was very impressed with the estimate report that included the company's license, website information, reference list, and BBB report. I did not receive this from any of my other bids. I felt the price quote was very reasonable. They started the job exactly to what my time schedule would be. Once they started the project, they completed the entire job in a day and a half. Al Garcia did exactly what he had promised in the estimate and did some extras, such as adding rain diverters behind the skylights and cricket. All of the guys working on my house were very friendly. The final result looked great. They did a great job cleaning up the site. I would not only use this company again if I needed work done in the future, but I would also highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. As a matter of fact I already recommeded this company to my neighbor accross the street for when he gets his roof replaced. It is not to often that an experince with a contractor is  positive, but it was a great experience working with this company. I feel if you choose this company to do work on your project, you will be just as pleased as myself. I give this company my highest recommendation.

They did an excellent job and their workmanship was over the top. They painted all around the house where the roof touched the trim.  They were professional and on time and they did it in one day. I was very pleased with their work and I would definitely use them again if ever needed. I would highly recommend them.
