Red McCombs Toyota

After everything was done, it was about 37. I traded in the basic and traded up and got all the bells and whistles. The quality of the vehicle is excellent. On the responsive, they did good. I would use them again, it went pretty good. They initially tried to add another 500, but we worked it out after I gave them the terms.

There was one car that I wanted, the car that I have is fine, but there was another one that I wanted and they weren't as responsive as they could have been as far as getting me that car and someone else sold it. Another salesman sold it and it was like, oh, we have to start looking at a different car. They could have given me a better price as well. I've been very loyal to Red McCombs. I bought a different Prius prior to that. So this was my second Prius. I wasn't getting any kind of special treatment or loyalty points for that.

There's a young lady. They have different people who comes out to help you. I forget what they call them. The ones in the past have been okay. But this is the first time this last young lady was very attentive and very efficient. She is just an asset to Toyota. Like the customer service part of it. I think her name is Jessica Howard.

They've always taken really good care of us. They've been servicing my car since it was new: for 8 years. They always have specials where you buy one oil change-get one free.

They have done an phenomenal job. The radio was six grand, but we didn't pay anything. It was under warranty.

I've been going to them for 20 years, I have 3 toyota cars, that ought to tell you something. I'm very picky. In all the years I've been dealing with them, I've never ever been left out after work had been done where my car won't start or things like that. A lot of people have trouble and they have to take their car back. in all the 20 years I've been going to them, I think I've had to take my car back once. I can't afford to being out of my car. 

I've priced other places and they are about the same, but the dealership gives you a year guarantee. Quality of service an A. I call them, tell them I want to bring it in, set my appointment. depending on how busy they are they can get it set it that day. Usually they tell me right away what is wrong. They will tell me if I don't need to do something that day. They know me, they know the car. They aren't out to sell me something extra. 

It took a good 45 minutes for my oil change. The workers that I came into contact with were really nice and they know what were doing pretty much. They were really informative and at the same time, suggested other things that I needed to have done in the next few months. And they gave me the price right there so you're prepared for it.

They were work is really good and we get a great discount. If they make a mistake they are very prompt in fixing the mistake. They made a big mistake one time, but they really came through to get it resolved quickly.

I've been going there regular for years. McCombs gives  "twofers," so I got two for the price of one. I wouldn't keep going back it's too much competition. They're very quick and very efficient. I don't know any other dealership in the area that does the two for's and they take specials but this is kind of like stand up thing from McCombs and they just use it has marketing tool to get you to try them. I'm in and out of there in twenty minutes and it doesn't matter what time of day I go in don't have to make appointments or anything their very good on that.

We waited for them to do the oil change. It went really well. I have been using them for the last 19 years. I use them for all my car maintenance. They are very reliable. It was a walk in, and I did not have to wait very long since I went in the morning. I only had to wait a little less than an hour. They are not very pushy with trying to sell extra stuff. They will inform me if they think I need anything, and from there it is my decision.
