He said he found whatever was there and cleaned it out. We had him back out on March the 24th because both toilets overflowed. He said he was going to run his cable again, and I asked if he could do more, like use a camera. He said he would rent an auger and use a camera. He came back, and worked the same area, not going to the city side. The toilets are working fine, but now when I try to run the washing machine, both bathtubs get sewer water coming up through the drains. I called him again today and told him what was happening. I wanted to clarify weither of not he would be charging me again since he hadn't fixed the problem. He said he did fix the problem from the job I had him out for before, and would be charging me again to have him out today. My husband got on the phone and argued with him that he should not charge us again since this is obviously still a drain issue that he did not correct. He said he would not come without charging, so we told him not to come.
