RAM LANDSCAPE ENTERPRISES

The job started out OK although the contractor began to drop off workers that did not speak English who would be here all day without water or food or bathroom facilities.  They cut thru major electrical lines, sprinkler lines, water line, etc.  and would not let us know.  We also noticed when he finally started delivering plants they were not the size his bid indicated.  When we mentioned it to him - he got very defensive and argumentative.  He also wanted draws before the work was done.  He was not on site to supervise the non-English speaking crew.  After about 3 months - we finally asked him to finish by the end of the week. At completion, we found there were a number of plants missing which we had discussed with him on several occasions, specific items not completed, plants were planted too deep and were dying although he said they were just stressed (but later died).  We paid $225 each for 15 gallon Knockout roses which in reality were 2 - 2 gallon knockout roses planted together, trees that were $225 planted were 3 saplings planted together. Several yard art items were stolen or broken.  When asked about one of the pots gone - he said it got broken while planting was being done - we never found any evidence it was broken but we suspect it was taken.  We were very disappointed in his unprofessional and lack of supervision of the crew.
