Ms. Blount came to our house a couple times, bringing several consultants / contractors with her, to take measurements, etc., preparatory to developing a bid. Then we never heard from her again. We ended up going with another contractor, James Ivy. We're in progress.

Work was well done and done on time. Price was a bit higher than average but well worth the lack of heart ache and worry. All contractors showed up when and where they were supposed to be and did they job they were paid to do.

Jean and her subcontractors were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everyone involved was punctual, committed, hardworking - true professionals!! Jean and her crew scheduled appointments and deadlines that they met everytime. They understood all of the nuances with our project and were open and honest with the time and expense it would take to get the house where we wanted it to be in the end. Jean only works with the best subs and it was so evident with the high-quality work that every single one of them produced. Jean showed up every single morning to get her subs going for the day and make sure I didn't and they didn't have any questions about the work being performed. She also checked back throughout the day and was always available to us when we had a question or concern. Jean is so knowledgeable and has actually continued to answer questions we have had about other work she's not even managing (i.e. building codes for things we've wanted to change). Having built a home before, we were familiar with the headaches that come along with building and complete remodel "gut" jobs. We did not experience any of these headaches while working with Jean. She could forsee issues before anyone and always thought three steps ahead on everything. We truly felt that Jean cared about us and our project and wanted to make sure our home was beautiful when it was done. I would highly recommend Jean and her crew for any projects you're planning - large or small...you won't be disappointed.

The work was done to perfection--really, perfection! Contract stopped by each day to check on work, which was done quickly considering how extensive it was (about three weeks). It was the most professional work we've had done by anyone.

The Contractor and Sub-Contractors were punctual, professional and provided a good quality product.

From my first contact with Jean Blount (owner) to the final walk through our experience was professional, timely, and quality of work excellent. Jean personally oversees her sub-contractors. Many of the sub's stated that "they like working for Jean because she pays them on time". Many of her subs have worked for her for many years. Jean works very closely with the client making sure that they are on the same page with the work and the final product. I have and will continue to recommend Radiance Homes to others.

I had seen the work that Radiance had done building a house in my neighborhood. The bidding and billing are transparent; there are no hidden costs. I never had to leave my job to come out and inspect something. The owner took care of everything. She also has a great eye for design. She's both practical and artistic.

Jean Blount is a genius and miracle worker. She gave me great cost saving ideas going in and made sure I was getting what I really needed. She has fantastic crews that respected my home, pets, possessions as well as providing superb craftsmanship. I had heard so many horror stories and I didn't experience one. She was on time and on budget. Jean took care of permits and inspection.Very responsive - always returned calls and emails immediately. I simply can not recommend highly enough.

Radiance Homes did a magnificent job in my bathroom. I don't believe they could have done anything different. It looks just how I asked them to do it. Nothing sticks out in my mind as them doing anything wrong. I felt that they were very easy to get along with and took my suggestions with no hassle. They were very experienced.
