DO NOT HIRE. Unprofessional, uncommunicative and poor workmanship. As a homeowner, I have never come across a company as unprofessional and difficult to work with as Queta Construction. Once I paid them for my fence, their communication and willingness to repair my poorly built fence went downhill. On their first day on the job, they arrived two hours late and “accidentally” tore down my neighbors gates. Although they agreed to repair them at no cost, this still prompted problems with my neighbor. After their first day on the job, they left cement, trash, hardware, bottles and their materials littered all over my yard and did not notify me when they were leaving or returning the next day. On the next day, I noticed that they had installed one of the posts on my neighbors property line and when I pointed it out, they responded with “yeah we did that so it wouldn’t press against the tree”. When I asked them if they could put the post back on my property line, they pulled out the post that had already set in cement and reused it by digging a larger hole and pouring more cement. In their contract under provision 7, it states “contract warrants all workmanship for a period of one year following completion”. In addition, provision 1 states “all work shall be completed in a workmanship like manner and in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws”. It has been less than one year since my fence was installed and 5-6 of the boards of my fence were not nailed down properly, both of my gates would not open and Queta construction is refusing to replace the post that is consequential damage of their team installing a post off of the property line and reusing the same post after it had set. To top it off, I was told that my post split due to “sun damage” even though I paid for cedar, weather treated lumber. Queta agreed to nail down my posts and fix my gates, but only after not showing up for the job on 3 separate occasions. I would not hire them again and wanted to share my experience with photos as evidence of their negligence to follow through.

I paid $3500 to have 105 linear feet of wood fence installed on backyard. The fence was installed around the first week of April. Two weeks later we had a windy afternoon and about ten feet of fence fell to the ground. After looking at the fallen pieces I noticed that a defective 4x4 had been used, it had a knot at the at the bottom where it met the concrete and that is why it broke off. I have spent almost two months calling Mr. Rodriguez the owner and Jimmy who installed the fence to get them to fix it, they keep giving me the round a round telling me they will fix it in two days and never show up. I went as far as to tell Jimmy I would pay for the materials needed to fix the fence if could only do the work, again he told me he would do on Wednesday, he called me that afternoon to tell me he could not make it. Mr. Rodrigues is a scammer who calls himself a veteran and lures older retired veterans like myself to hire his company to do work that is of poor quality with very cheap materials.

Install new roof and repairs to fascia. The work was of excellence, the roof looks good. The only problem we had was that the worker took the gates to the driveway apart and the gate was falling. He failed to repair to the original. Crew management is of the importance in caring for ones property.

Henry was amazing! Not only did he finish my fence replacement project before schedule, but he was able to meet any and all of my expectations with perfect customer care. It was the BEST experience i ever had. We had a bad storm on Sunday, May 24,2020, the high winds torn off some of my ridge vents off, and had water leaks. Got several quotes, so i chose to go with Queta Construction. Henry was concern about the damage it could have done to my roof. I called Henry on Tuesday, and had an appointment on Wednesday. He arrived on time.Took a look at my roof. He said the roof had no damage, just the ridge vent. He explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions. The price was real reasonable. He called Thursday morning to let me know , that the roofer was on his way to fix my ridge vent. The roofer ( Israel) was very nice. He explained what he was going to do. Didn't take long for Israel to repair it. Showed me the pictures of the repair he fixed. I was real happy. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

Professional, quality craftsmanship, efficient, and wonderful to work with. They were able to make ready my home to place on the market for sale. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were amazing. They were able to get the roof done ahead of schedule. They even helped us with our insurance. They made sure that they cleaned everything up. They made sure that there was no nails left on the ground. Checked our fences for estimation. They came right away. They were quick to respond.
