+ 0 moreQSI came out and pre-wired the house. I paid them half of the contract, but they have not come back out to finish the job. We set up a time for them to come out, (several times), and they don't show up. Now they do not answer their phone nor return texts or messages. All I have is a lot of wires hanging out of my walls. No cameras, no smoke detectors, no face plates, no DVR...not anything. I need this job completed.
Description of Work: I needed wiring for security, including cameras, phone lines, smoke detectors, DVR. This was for a new house we are building.

+ -1 moreExcellent service! QSI was very flexible and offered a variety of options to meet my needs. Reasonable prices and great service. Installer was friendly and was almost like a member of the family (because it was a big job and he was there for a while). When certain aspects of the installation didn't cooperation (much like technology does at times), they stuck with it and made sure I was 100% satisfied before calling it quits.
Description of Work: Installation of complete security system and additional Cat5e drops throughout home.
