We didn't use because his quote was double of other 2 quotes we received for the same work.

They were really good and excellent. They were on time and tons of stuff in the back. I loved them. They did an excellent job. It took them about 3 weeks to do it. The cost was basically for labor since we bought all the materials. Price wise, for the way they work which is very hard and solid work, they weren't cheap but they were on time and consistent. They were huffing since this was moving wheel barrow after wheel barrow, it was really heavy stuff. Their price was fair. That's why I used them and I kept calling them back. There were several jobs and it was like 3 different times. I would definitely use them for my front yard.

Some bushes were not trimmed. Weeds were not pulled out as promised. When I texted them about the lackluster work, I never got a response. I don't think weed killer was applied as promised.

IT WAS GOOD OVERALL.

Cosme and his crew did a superb job, working around the rain and other contractors we got in May. His use of the sod cutter worked perfectly on the awful weeds that left stalks that would cut the boxers' feet if they hadn't been cut out. 3 weeks later still no weeds of any kind. They worked quickly, and professionally in high heat. It took about trips to complete this big job, but Cosme had the equipment and manpower to bring in 4 yards of river rock, 8 yards of mulch, the pallet of grass and limestone, etc in 2 trips. He has great landscaping ideas and knew exactly how to improve drainage and alleviate further erosion. He does tree trimming too which I didn't know but will use him in the future since we have 8 oaks in the back yard that hadn't been cared for in years! We were so pleased with his abilities, landscaping recommendations, and hard work that we're using him and his crew to refurbish the yard, power wash the porch and 400 sq ft patio, and garage door at the old house before we sell. Cosme and crew do simple lawn care to the very difficult! He made the outside part of renovating the house we bought a breeze!
