PRO SOURCE WHOLESALE FLOOR

The worst part of Pro Source was the charm when you might be spending money vs the silence and total lack of customer service when there is a problem. You might get a good price if you know how to get them down, but don't trust the quotes until you check around. We picked a carpet, loved it! Then it arrived and it was the wrong color. They took no responsibility and told us that our signed contract required that we make sure that the salesperson notated the correct color. She said that she could not remember, but we had two designers that could. It's not like we had changed our minds several times. In fact, we saw one sample, took it home, loved it and paid for it. The entire staff was 'not our fault' at a time when a little sympathy would have gone a long way. We waited five days before they finally apologized for giving us the run around, but we still ended up having to eat the wrong carpet because it was not installed within thirty days of ordering! Then, when we we wiling to pay TWICE....they took their time on the reader, with delays in the most matter of fact way while our appraisal and financing had to be postponed had to be postponed....all at our cost. So, here is what they do not tell you. If you are doing a new build or major remodel....go to their storeroom and check the color (they could have just told us to come and verify it). Also, we found the prices at Lowe's to be better on the same products and the service was just amazing. Lowes made several mistakes....they ate them and provided us with very human customer service. We used Angel Enterprises for several of our installations now....they were amazing on customer service and total experience. Oscar Cruz is also very professional for carpet installation.

They gave a lot of good designs and help. Their products were all good quality.

Eric provided valuable time and information to our selection of flooring. We asked our contractor to buy our selection through Eric at ProSource. The actual purchase is out of our control. However, IF I were purchasing the flooring we have selected, I would definitely have used ProSource. Their prices are very competetive and their attention to their patrons is very detailed and personal.
