PRISTINE LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT

This was landscaping on a new construction. We started by working with a Cypress Landscape Design to develop a landscape plan that fit well with the Hill Country look of our house, sloped lot, and native environment, was low water and low maintenance, and would accommodate the water drainage. Cypress recommended Pristine Landscaping. Manuel met with us and the landscape designer to go over the plan and understand what we wanted to accomplish. Within days we had a detailed itemization of the cost. It was broken down by area so we could opt to stage the work if needed. The initial scope exceeded our budget, so we eliminated some of the beds, added more rock, and Manuel helped us re-work to fit our budget. He started work right away, communicated daily work plans to me by text almost everyday, did everything he promised (and more) without any pricing surprises.... and he created a master piece! Manuel is a perfectionist! You would have thought our yard was his yard! His crew was outstanding as well. They are all very respectful and professional. We were very blessed to have found Manuel for this large, extensive project!

I hired them for their attention to detail. I spoke with a landscape architect and she recommended them to me, because I am a bit obsessive about things and they pay a lot of attention to detail. They did a phenomenal job. They even drew a couple of things that we did not talk about and we did not go over the original price that we talked about. I thought that it was a great price for everything that I had done. They are absolutely an A for their quality. The good thing is that they back up and guarantee everything. We had been in severe drought prior to the work and we discussed that he would replace anything that died within three months, despite the plants being draught tolerant. I had a number of plants that did not make it and there were some that were on backorder and he said he would be back this spring to replace them. He kept saying he was going to return. He did not return to replace the plants. He already had my $500 for the plants. I contacted the landscape architect that recommended him, after that she contacted him, then he finally followed through. I would not recommend him.

I am absolutely thrilled with the additions we have added to the yard. Gregg initially came out and we discussed numerous ideas. However, the estimate was more that I wanted to spend. When I explained this to him, he came back and we went over the ideas and made adjustments to work within my budget. The work was delayed a little bit due to the weather but Gregg made sure I knew when they would be able to start. On that date, Manuel showed up and proceeded to go right to work. He worked really hard in the heat and did a great job! I have to say he is probably one of the hardest working young men I have ever seen. I definately recommend this company and will use them again.

Gregg and company did a great job. We felt so comfortable with him, that he completed the entire landscape job while we were out of town for the Christmas holidays! When we came back, we were delighted to see a job well done and the work area spotless. Gregg came back a couple of extra times to make sure that we were happy with the work (we are!) and tweaked a couple of things. We appreciated his attention to detail.

Amazing work. Our yard hasn't gotten much attention in 30 years and it is beautiful. The workers were punctual and neat. Greg spent a lot of time with me and gave me every piece of information I needed. He came back to make sure I was watering correctly to get the new plantings established. He is very particular and made corrections I didn't notice after the work was completed.

Given the slope of our yard and the fact that we discovered our lot plat was off, it was a real challenge, but Pristine did an amazing job of adjusting our design to fit the reality of the space. Gregg is very easy to work with and has an amazing attention to detail, something you have to love in anyone in charge of a big home project. Gregg and his crew were dedicated to making sure we were happy and that it was a product of which his company would be proud.

It went great. They were honest dependable and did a quality job.

I hired this company based on a recommendation from my landscape designer. Greg met with me to go over the plans and then got back with a cost estimate. Once we agreed on the plan, his workers started by killing the existing landscaping. That took awhile, but the end result was a blank slate for the new design. First to go in was the sprinkler system, then the landscapers carefully worked around the new pipes and all to build the stone retaining walls, put in the fill dirt and plant the plants and grass. My front yard is a masterpiece--vibrant and colorful, but easy to maintain. Best of all, they treated my property like it was their own. The clean-up after the job was done was impeccable. You can't tell this was a major construction zone just a few short weeks ago. I can't wait to get the back yard project underway.
