Primo Painting

It looks incredible! They were finished in a timely manner, left things neat, communicated frequently via email and phone, and were flexible with our method of payment. I was impressed with their professionalism and loved the fact that I was dealing with a locally owned family business. I would definitely use them again.

Primo did a fabulous job! We were pleased and impressed with the company's work ethics. We had some questions about the line of paint. The owner Mr. Patricio Cuellar and his son Louis came out on the weekend before the job started and did a live paint demo for us to make sure we would be satisfied with the product line before the job started. The day the job started, the owner and his son came out and went over all the details with me and then instructed the workers what needed to be done. At the end of the job, the owner came out again and did a walk through with me. Some minor touch ups were needed and they took care of everything promptly. Their workers are company employees (no subs). They assigned a supervisor for the job who stayed throughout and responded to any daily concerns. The workers arrived on time, covered every inch of the house that was not to be painted before the job started, were polite, professional, and kept the work areas clean. They totally cleaned up the place once the job was done. And you pay for the entire job at the end. (They even forgot our invoice and I had to ask for it to be sent!!) Furthermore, the company is A+ rated on BBB and we highly recommend them.
