Very quick and got our door opened without any damage.

They tried to fit me in to their overbooked schedule, which I appreciated. I had to wait several days for them to come, but they would call me daily to update me. The issue was diagnosed and the problem fixed quickly.

Eddie is amazing! He came in when he said he would. He went to work right away and explained each part of the repair process. He replaced all of the "inner-workings" of the deadbolt with new American made parts. He explained how the lock worked from the inside out. He also guaranteed his work but he was so confident in his repair that he said that "it would never break". My deadbolt is working perfectly. He completely the job in about 30 minutes, and that included the detailed explanation of everything he was doing. Eddie was friendly and when he left, I felt like I'd known him a lifetime. I trust Eddie to work on any of my locks and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Thank you Eddie and God bless you my new friend.

This guy was amazing he rekeyed all my house locks and consolidated all my locks down to 2 keys. He also fixed a loose handle on my front door without asking and at no charge at all. It is rare to get anything free these days. He was punctual professional and the price was very reasonable!

Extremely professional and friendly. Replaced lock in a timely manner. Informed me about other services and provided a little bit of background info on the family business.

I called this locksmith at 530 in the afternoon when I got home and couldn't get into my house because the latch had gotten stuck.  This is a brand new house and I did not expect these types of problems.  I asked if they could come out today even though it was late.  I was told it was no problem, but to give him some time because he was across town and it was rush hour. 
Within an hour the locksmith was there and fixed the problem right away.  He had to leave and come back within 15 minutes with the part and fixed it within 5 minutes.  The call out was only $45 and the part was about $8 plus tax.  Not bad for a time of need.
I have also called them in the past for quotes on rekeying locks and they are some of the lowest prices in town and believe my I called a lot of locksmiths.  Since it was a brand new house and I had contractor lockout locks he explained to me I may not even need to rekey them and left it up to me instead of charging me an arm and leg to do something that didn't need to be done.  I will definitely be recommending this locksmith to anyone I know that needs one.
