Prestige Custom Pools

We started with another pool company that did a walk-through an told us how THEY wanted to build our pool vs. how we wanted to build it. For every suggestion we had, the other company had a reason why it was not a good idea. The reality is the other company wanted to build the pool in a way that was easiest for them without concern for integration into the existing yard and design. 
I called Tim at prestige pools because he was recommended by a personal friend. When he showed up, I told him nothing about the other company. I wanted to see how they worked without sharing any positives or negatives from another experience.  As we walked the area, he was excited about the opportunity to integrate the pool into my existing deck and patio. My house is on a hill, and he was not intimidated by the slope or the solid rock that the pool would be cut into. As we shared our ideas, he ran with them instead of shooting them down. It was a very collaborative discussion that he took home and modeled on his computer. The resulting design was stunning and we were able to visualize it through the model and make adjustments. 
Once the design was complete , the price came in much lower than the other company. We started the project, and Tim's teams did a great job. From excavation to the finished product, Tim was always extremely responsive. He coordinated his teams and was onsite regularly. Any and all questions and concerns were quickly addressed.  The final product was exactly what was promised and matched the computer model precisely. 
I would not hesitate to recommend Tim to anyone who wants to build a pool and trust their property to someone that takes pride in their work. Tim was professional , friendly, and responsive. Great job on all counts!

Met with Tim as well as a number of other builders prior to beginning the project.  Tim's price was well below the competitors and the quality of materials was outstanding.  Top grade equipment.  Everybody who worked on the pool from the excavators, framers, gunnite crew, plaster crew, and deck crew were all fantastic.  They were prompt and didn't waste time during the day.  While we expected the pool to be done around Thanksgiving, we were completed in about 7 weeks.  This was quicker than expected due to outstanding weather.  
What I really enjoyed about meeting with Tim was when we asked about typical add-ons that would cost more money, he gave his honest opinion about whether it would be a good idea or not.  This went from different types of plaster to type of spa side controls.  He basically saved us several thousand dollars of add-on costs that I realize now I really didn't need.
We used the spa throughout the winter and even heated the pool during the spring.
Overall, extremely pleased with the job Tim did for us and the quality of the pool.

In picking out plaster etc he took us to several of his previous pools. My wife had many questions during the process and bugged him a lot but he was very patient and texted or called with immediate reply. We love our pool and would not hesitate using Tim and prestige pools at any time. Now we can use our backyard in the summer!!!

I began researching pool companies 6 months before my house in Rogers Ranch was going to be completed to allow myself time to find the right company to build the pool once we moved in. I have no doubt we did find the right person. I started the process with 10 companies and cut in half when 5 did not meet commitments made to me on the timing of a design and bid, a sign to me they were not who I wanted to spend my money with. I worked with the remaining 5 companies for around 2 months, working through various design ideas and learning as much as I could regarding decking finishes, equipment, and other key items to building a pool. From the beginning, Prestige was the easiest one to work with and was very willing to listen to what we wanted in a pool and put together design ideas that worked with that. We met at the home site several times and worked through what we wanted and the specifics of making it work. Some other companies were very sure of what they wanted it to be when it was done, which was not always in line with what we wanted. Prestige was never pushy on certain equipment that had to be used, but provided options and was willing to provide the pros and cons of different equipment or deck finishes or pool styles and help us make the best decision for our family and needs. I went with Prestige because the design offered to us was more elaborate than some others for significantly less than the others wanted. To be honest, it concerned us some that the company is basically just Tim (he is the sales guy, site supervisor, and everything else), but in the end we believe it provided for a better and easier experience. I had one person to call as we worked through things and that same person was there everyday supervising the construction and the concrete pour and the equipment install and so on. The subcontractors used were also excellent and the resulting product is awesome!!! Tim definitely knows his stuff and proved to us several times customer service was his number one priority. Several changes were made after we started and Tim rolled with the flow and helped us improve the original design and did not nit pick us for every penny he could. We have been done with the pool for almost a month and neighbors and friends alike are all very impressed with the final product. The overall experience was excellent and everything committed to being done was done and then some for an excellent price.
