Hi Gilbert (owner), Since you stopped answering my calls, figured I?d try to reach you here. In the course of making a simple repair, your technician broke a part on my Bosch Dishwasher. You offered to order the replacement part and refund the initial service fee. A month later, you sent out a technician with a substitute part that was not the correct part. You promised to order the right part but could not guarantee any arrival date. ETA was 8 August for the part to be shipped (even though you couldn?t even tell me from where). You have failed to provide any updates and seem to be actively screening my calls/deliberately not returning my messages. My dishwasher has been inoperative for three months as a direct result of my hiring Premier Appliance Repair services and are responsible for making right. You have my number, please use it and make this right.

Can not even get a receipt for the service he done. SAD.

The repair technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, went to his truck for a part, and had my refrigerator working in 30 minutes.

They were Great. They had a technician to the house within 1 1/2 hours. They offered to come sooner, but I was busy at the time. They gave me a quote over the phone, and that's exactly what I paid. The technician knew what he was doing, and had the job done in an hour, and he was very nice.

Way overpriced. Could have gotten a new dryer for the 500+ cost! I have cancelled membership w Angie, but noted they took my $29 and I must wait until 2024 to have total cancellation. Burned twiceâ ¦ First time waited for a cleaning lady at my coasthouse who never showed.

This company got in touch with me right away, handled the problem quickly, and were very good with communicating what to expect and when.
