Precision Home Inspections

My husband and I are first time home buyers. We selected this company based on the comments from Angie's list; and the inspection company's simple, straight forward and easy to navigate website. We contacted the company via their e-mail address and Buddy called us the same day. Prior to contacting the company, we conducted online research on what to expect in a home inspection. Buddy truly did impress. Buddy inspected the home and then walked around and explained everything in great detail. He even talked about the appliances (stove, dish washer, water heater, etc.). The way he explained everything you could tell he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in what he does. He explained all major, minor and "for your information" concerns. His inspection report was e-mailed to us within 24-hours. Everything he covered in-person was clearly explained in the report with color photos and descriptive notes.

Buddy Ligon is a great home inspector. He gives his customers great care, he performs his service professionally, and he provides information to them in his report that is valuable to their homeowner experience. I used Buddy for my personal home and will continue to recommend him to my buyer clients.

The owner is punctual and very thorough with a detailed report and photos. He also provides useful information such as location of water shut off.

He emails his detailed report the same day, his rates are fair, and in addidtion he will come back after repairs are done and do a second inspection. What I like best, as a Realtor is the fact that he doesn't "kill" the deal. Some inspectors are over zealous, too nit picky, make unnecessary statements and make it hard for the transaction to proceed. This will not happen with Buddy. He's concerned with both sides and helps make the deal happen!
