Horrible!!! PR Center does NOT Hire Licensed Plumbers! They Promise their work is under warranty for a year and it is NOT. Within less than a month I had SERIOUS Issues with the Kitchen Plumbing work they did and they said it was NOT covered so I hired another plumbing company and showed PR CENTER documentation that Indeed it was THEIR FAULT and they still did NOT want to fix the MESS they Created. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. ASK TO SEE THEIR LICENSE.

It was really good. They were really professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and there's always someone to talk to when I have some questions.

I think they do extremely good work, the only downside is sometimes it takes longer, but I know that happens with a lot of remodeling projects. I used them for a kitchen a few years ago. That they just did a really good job.

The cabinets themselves are pretty good  but we were disappointed with their customer service and delivery. They would promise when stuff would come in and it didn't and we would have to keep calling them about when they were coming in. There was one of the cabinets that was 3 weeks later than everything else. We were kinda frustrated with them.

I would use them again because the quality of the cabinets are good but I certainly wouldn't believe them on timing and I would order them far in advance so they would be sitting around waiting for when we needed them.  They told us they would be here on a certain date and we planned the counter tops and other stuff and we couldn't get any of that done because we didn't have the cabinets yet. It was very frustrating because they did not perform on delivery which impacted other portions of the remodel. I would buy stuff from them again but I wouldn't trust them on delivery.

We are very happy with our new beautiful kitchen that we are very proud of. PR did a very excellent professional job. They were very hard working, reliable, & clean up was good. They were very nice & experienced people to work with. We did not encounter any problems. They did exactly what we asked them to do. We want them to remodel our restroom. We were lucky to find them on Angie's List.

Naim and his team were EXCELLENT!  I was originally referred to PR Center by my aunt and uncle based on their past dealing with PR Center.  I was not disappointed!  They were prompt, professional, and provided excellent service.  I was so blown away by the experience that I called them again within 2 weeks of the first project to work on another project.  They provided lighting, re-tiled two bathrooms, repaired a fence, re-painted baseboards, provided electrical work in the kitchen, and several other odds and ends.  The $2200 price spent was for both projects they worked on to completion.  I am definitely going to use them again!

We had our master bathroom completely gutted and remodeled. This is an extraordinary company to deal with for this service. It is so helpful to walk into a showroom with so many of the products already there to select that are priced well. It saves time running all over town. The staff is extremely helpful and have wonderful insight and experience knowing what looks good. We had a problem with the bathtub we selected at Lowes and Naim searched all over town to find one that fit the dimensions already framed. The on-sight workers are very good and so willing to meet ALL of your design specifications. The finishing touches were gorgeous. We plan on using this company for a smaller kitchen remodel in the future. We have nothing but the highest praise for this company, Naim, and the workers.

I found Pr Center because a friend recommend this company which he found it on angies list, I really like the way they work. the thing i like the most is they have everything i need it, i didn't have to be looking for the material, because they have it on the showroom. 
My wife and I work full time but I felt very confident on Naim, he make me feel that i can trust him. so I left the house on his hands.
His workers are very professional and proud of their work.

Overall, we received an excellent value and quality for what we spent on the remodel. Prestige has a showroom were you can select most of the materials you want- cabinets, granite, tile, hardwood, carpet. This is very helpful. The owner, Francisco is a very polite, helpful and professional. He goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. If something is not right, he will make it right. The job started on April 14, 2014 and was finished on August 8, 2014. We are very pleased with our " new" home ! This is a 2nd home for us; our primary residence is in the Houston area. As a result, we did have some issues that I believe might not happen if you are living in your home. Still, I feel it is important to disclose the good and the not so good. 1- the workers caused minor damage to the exterior of our home: scrapes to the painted exterior, damaged window screens, water hose holder ripped out of the brick, soffit cracked, 2 broken sprinkler heads, and damaging landscaped areas by cleaning paint tools in my yard! The contractor repaired the damage except for the landscaping and offered to replace the window screens. We replaced the screens out of our own pocket because it was easier. 2- we specifically asked that no one worked on our flagstone porch. The workers did use the flagstone porch as a work area while the contractor was on vacation and it showed! 3- we visited the house every weekend during the job. A few times, we arrived to find the door unlocked or windows left open when no one was working at our house. 4- we specifically asked that finished surfaces like the wood floors and granite be covered with paper or plastic while work was done. This didn't always happen and there are areas on the wood floor where paint was obviously cleaned up. This is mostly in the dining room and the table will hide the area that is lighter due to paint being removed from the wood. 5- the workers were not very good about cleaning up at the end of each day or removing construction trash on a regular basis. 6- some items went "missing " from our garage during the job- a Yeti cooler and a mirrored plant stand.We told the contractor as soon we noticed the missing items. Of course, none of his employees knew what happened and the contractor believed his employees. The contractor offered to repay us for the missing items, but we declined. We will replace the items out of our own pocket just as we did for the damaged window screens and broken sprinkler heads. Other issues related to the renovation include: 1- the wrong tile was installed in a bathroom. I like the tile, it just wasn't what I originally selected. We kept the tile. Be sure to verify your selections with the contractor before they are installed! 2- the cabinets for the kitchen and bathrooms arrived about 3 weeks late; this was a manufacturer issue and not the contractor, but the delay caused the project to finish late. I would recommend Prestige because the quality of the finished product for the price, is very good. I will use Prestige to makeover my garage interior.

They were friendly and helpful with the things you want to do but they need to do better with the fine detail. The work was great but the problem was they didn't finish the job. They left some work undone.

Great, gave me a good estimate, I got three others, came when scheduled finished promptly. Very satisfied with work those associated with performance.
PS.  I have also used them for other jobs on other properties, I have always been very satisfied with Naim and the crew.

We originally got estimate and performed planning with one salesman and contractors, but the very next week when I came in to pay for cabinets the salesman had moved on without an explanation to us. Paid for cabinets, promised an approximate date which changed weekly after the promised date came and went. Eventually they arrived shortly before Christmas which put the project on hold until after the holidays. The original remodel completion date was to before Thanksgiving. For the delay the owner provided the materials for our backsplash. Once cabinets installed, the granite was delivered and installed. One small counter section had an obvious damage to the corner. It was removed and was promised to be replaced later that day, which it was. Instead of replacement the corner was grind off slightly and passed on to us as a new piece by the installer. Next the promised plumber didn't arrive on the day promised and had to be rescheduled. When he did arrive, he spoke only Spanish. He took approximately 4 hours to do a 2 hour install of sink/disposal/dishwasher install and refused to install a drinking water faucet with inline filter. The plumbing job was horrendous as the lines all drained uphill. I call Francisco, the owner, and he confessed that the guy was not licensed as a plumber and came to our home to see the work performed. He agreed that the work was unsatisfactory, apologized and told me to come by and pickup a refund check after I informed him that I would be having it redoned by a true professional.

Great experience but had slight delay receiving cabinets as originally expected.

Everyone was on time (even early the first day) and very professional.  Naim Ruiz came by often to check on the progress.  Nabor prepped the master bedroom the first day to reduce dust and debris, laying out a walkway with heavy paper and a tarp, plus hanging plastic "walls" to help contain the dust.  He was efficient in demolition, installation of the shower pan and all the tile installation.  We had an issue with one wall and Naim suggested pencil tile on the edge.  We then decided to use the pencil tile on all the end sections which really gave the bathroom a polished look.  New granite vanities (Arturo does a great job on the granite cutting and installation) plus new sinks and new plumbing fixtures all around were installed. 
The second bathroom was also very efficiently done.  We had decided to have the marble installed up to the ceiling and the walk- in shower really looks great. Again Nabor did an excellent job, as well as Arturo.
We started the third bathroom a few weeks later and again Nabor prepped the bedroom they would use to enter the bathroom, using heavy paper on the carpet and plastic to protect the furniture.  In this bathroom, he demolished, replaced the tub and installed marble tile. Arturo did the granite and sinks, even cutting the backsplash in a special pattern at our request.
In all three bathrooms, after demolition, some insulation and wood needed replacing, which Nabor did, before installing Hardibacker board.  He consulted with me on grout color and other specifics. 
Naim has specialists for each subset of work - tile, granite, plumbing, painting, etc., which we appreciated.  Obviously it makes for a better quality project.  The employees clean up at the end of each day's work and take out the tarps that were over the heavy paper on the floor/carpet.  When they left every day, Nabor came to let me know they were leaving and what time to expect them the next day.
We had also scheduled Arturo to replace some marble tiles on our kitchen countertop, but after looking at the situation, he suggested that he polish them instead.  This turned out beautifully, much better than trying to replace and possibly breaking surrounding tiles.  
We had a bit of collateral damage to one area so Naim had the exact paint match (not such an easy job) brought in and painted it himself, as well as the baseboard trim that had been removed and replaced to facilitate the onyx installation. 
Every employee was professional and helpful, willing to answer all our questions and discuss anything we didn't understand.  Some small adjustments were quickly addressed with no hesitation or question.
Naim answers his cell phone nearly every time but if he can't he calls back very promptly. As he left after on the final day he told us to call him if we had any issues with any of their work, anytime.  Classy.
We highly recommend Prestige Remodeling. 

Everything began on schedule, and continued on schedule.  We were given a two week work schedule , for completion.  We were right on track, until the last component, of a wooden hamper and shelf unit arrived broken.  They were very pro active in getting it taken care of quickly.  Unfortunately, the cabinet company was running behind, and that delayed our completion date by 3 weeks.  However, Prestige continued to keep us informed of the progress of the cabinet and even did some more work for us( no charge), since they felt bad we were being inconvenienced.  As soon as the cabinet came in, they called and scheduled to finish up the work.  All the work in the bath was excellent, and we are very pleased and have already told many friends of the great work Prestige did for us.

It was a great experience. They did such a wonderful job with such congenial people. If they did something wrong they would redo it. They worked on our home for about six months.

They had to take up my old sidewalk and raise it before they poured the new concrete. It turned out beautifully. They cleaned everything up and didn't hurt any of my plants along the side of the sidewalk. They were always on time and it was done in only three days.
