Description of Work: Absolutely superior service and professionalism on the part of the staff. We took in two vacuum cleaners and 1 shampooer and in the amount of time it would take most shops to just give an estimate, the service men analyzed the problem, arrived at a solution and completed the jobs. There were 3 men on the job and they all went to work as well as tended to two other customers who came in during this timeframe. The people really know their trade. I highly recommend. Don't take chances with others be assured of a great results with Powell Vacuum and Allergy Ctr. Service was performed in their shop.

 + 0 moreMy Miele vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped turning on. I decided to have it repaired instead of replacing it. I took the vacuum to Powell's on SW Military Hwy, since they are an authorized dealer. The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem - an electrical short in the power cord. I was given an accurate estimate of the service required and the total cost of the repair. I gave them my approval and had other maintenance services performed. They had the vacuum back to me within days and it works great.
Description of Work: Replaced a vacuum cleaner power cord and serviced body and power nozzle.
