John is a man of integrity and he is absolutely excellent! I would highly recommend him.

I bought a house and was urged to keep John and Pool Service Plus from the previous owners. We did and we are glad we did. Being a person who had never had a pool, John made the recommend fixed to the equipment, does a marvelous job of servicing the pool and even gives advice when things go wrong. I called him on a Sunday morning because I had an issue with my pump. Not only did he help me diagnose the issue over the phone, he told me how to make the easy fix and would check on it the next servicing. When it did not go according to plan (my error) I called him back an hour later and he gave walked me through each step until it was fixed. He is great at servicing and providing customer service on top of his work.

I truly appreciate Johns honesty and help. I have zero knowledge on pool care and after a year of paying for pool service I decided I need to order the equipment necessary to maintain my pool by myself. I called him and he came over to see what I needed. He then told me what to order and installed it all at a great price. I highly recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are like me and have very little to no knowledge about pools. I will be calling him if I ever need future help or repairs.

John was punctual and knew exactly what to do.  He also told us the other company that replaced our filter did not put a brace on it, that's another story.  I would definitely use his services again.

John Fisher was great. He quickly assessed the problems and gave us a very reasonable quote. He showed up on time and when electrical problems (caused by a bad previous repair job by another company) were found that could have potentially been deadly, he explained the issues, spent the extra time to solve things and make the system run safely and correctly. He stuck to his quote and only charged for additional parts needed but not the extra labor. He cares about what he does and that is a rare thing these days. I would definitely call him again if we have other pool repair needs.

He was really good, and found out the last people that changed the filter didn't have the right size of PVC, so the pressure was wrong. It wasn't circulating well.

He rebuilt and fixed it for a reasonable price. He was very prompt, efficient, and gave us a lot of information about what he was doing, so much so that my husband now feels confident doing most of the work himself. 

John has even been willing to give us advice over the phone - he's been very helpful, and we'd definitely use him again.

This was our first pool and John took the time to thoroughly explain (and diagram) what was what. He performs weekly maintenance and continues to monitor the equipment for any problems and fixes them, all at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

John did an excellent job and he went above and beyond my expectations.  His prices are very competitive and the quality of work is exceptional. I was extremely grateful that John was willing to help me with the start capacitor issue.  It is an excellent example of his willingness to provide the highest levels of service.  John has my enthusiastic and highest recommendation.

My husband and I tried 4-5 pool service companies before discovering Pool Service Plus.  With all of the other companies, the "pool guys" were not always consistent and not always very knowledgeable.  
We found Mr. Fisher through Angie's List approximately two years ago and have always been extremely satisfied with his service.  He does all of the cleaning and maintenance himself.  He always keeps the clients informed of any concerns or problems with the pool and pump system.  
He always comes on the scheduled day/time and is very considerate of pets.  For example, he would text me when he was on his way so that I could bring my dog inside.  
We have referred him to several friends who are equally satisfied.  He is the best in San Antonio.

The Pool pump died. I selected a qualifying pump from the CPS rebate list.  Checked Angie's List and called Pool Service Plus due to the location and great reviews.  John was very helpful... and BONUS he is licensed to do the rebate install and suggested I order the pump online to save money!!!  Companies I've dealt with in the past will only install parts ordered through them. Once the pump arrived, I scheduled the install and and filter sand change.  John arrived as scheduled and completed the install.  It became dark but he was prepared with his trusty head lamp.  
During the sand change, a crack in the multiport valve was discovered.  Once I received the new one, I scheduled another appointment for the install. All of the equipment is now working great ~  Many Thanks to John!! 
I will definitely use Pool Service Plus for any repairs.  John is an absolute pleasure; very personable, dependable and professional! 

John Fisher, owner of Pool Service Plus, responded to my inquiry very promptly.  I called Ambrosio to set up appointment for estimate.  He called day of appointment to advise that he was running late on an out-of-town job and would be two hours later than scheduled.  I truly appreciated the communication -- which is not like a lot of service providers.  Ambrosio advised the job would be about 3 days, but actually finished in 2 days.  All of the crew were very professional.  The pool looks great!

Loved the professionalism of this company.  I received immediate assistance regarding my pool.  In fact, the technician sent me pictures of the issue via text and came back the following day to check that the system was running correctly.  I felt that that business was very honest and trustworthy and I will share the wonderful service with my HOA and all of my friends!  Thank you.
