They're pretty good. We go to them routinely. We've used them for six or eight months. I just ran across them. It is very clean. They seem to be very professional. Their prices are pretty comparable with everybody else.

They gave me a military discount. I really liked them. It was easy to get an appointment. I called that day and they were able to get me in which is really good with pet grooming. They were really nice. I am really particular about my pet. I will go back. The price was better than the other places I've been to.

Our beagle doesnt like to have his nails clips normally but this experience was very pleasant. They were very nice and gentle and had him out in minutes. Our dog didnt seem to mind at all.

The services are excellent. It is almost the same price-wise every place. I've been with them for 7 or 8 years. They are keeping competitive with other people and their services are fantastic. They know my dog Toby. They know how to take care of him and how to make him pretty. They know what to do and they just grab him and do it. He feels comfortable and doesn't mind being left there. They take care of him very well.

Dogs looked very good. She follow instructions on each dog. The dogs were happy with the atmosphere and I was very pleased with her attitude and personality. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

They took same day appt. finished both my two dogs at time estimated. The grooming and haircut was excellent.

They have different levels of pricing depending on how you want your dog groomed and it is customized to your dogs needs. Everything is very clean. They are very efficient. They have the dogs ready when they said they are going to be ready. They are very professional.

They took us in as a walk in and charged us $10 less than Petsmart. They did a full service for the same price and it is way more convenient than going into Petsmart at a much more convenient location.

They groomed my two large Labradooles. The first time we went they did a great job. The next two times I took them to be groomed they didn't do a good job. The haircut was sloppy and they didn't groom their ears or private places.

The overall grooming was fine except for the ears being clipped too close which left nicks and raw skin. The owner offered a free grooming with the next visit that when attempting to try again and use resulted in having to pay either an additional $10 or $20 for the cut. The owner stated this was due to a significant time lapse from the initial grooming to the next; in the opinion of the owner. A full credit of the initial grooming was then requested, which was honored. The original price was close to $60; however a coupon was redeemed at the time of service. They are also very rigid with having to select a grooming package and are not flexible with limited service requests.
