After just having back surgery, I needed help with pool cleaning and maintenance. After calling many places, I knew I had to go with Pinnacle Pool Company! Owner is respectful, honest and does very good work! Explained things in detail and in a way that I was able to understand. Outstanding quality of work and can't best his prices!

Started out great - old pool service TRUE Blue Pool Maintenance didnt backwash my pool for 3 months - it turned green - I hired Pinnacle and Cory came out over the weekend and got the pool blue again and cleaned my DE Filter- he told me my days would be Friday - the next Friday he came on time, however by Thursday I didnt have any pool tabs - they had evaporated.The next Friday he didnt show up and when I called him at 4 PM he said oh yeah he would be over on Saturday. On Saturday I asked him to please let me know if he wouldnt be over on Friday as I always have people over to swim and I am in the pool everyday - he said he would - meanwhile, Im losing a lot of water in my pool everyday - I cant figure out whats going on - this has been going on for like 2 weeks so I finally walk down to the pump and when Cory cleaned the DE Filter and back washed the pool he didnt close the valve tightly and water was coming out of the backwash hose. I emailed him and heard nothing - today when I asked him about it he denied it was him but yet he was the only person that had touched the valve - and again - he didnt come on Friday - I called him at 5 PM he said he would clean the pool Saturday - I asked him today Saturday why he didnt just change me to Saturday - he shook his head no and said that I had called him early and that he normally calls at 6 PM if he isnt going to make it that day. lastly - I have DE shooting out into the pool-I tell him about it - he blames it on me and my equipment, however, I know he probably tore a grid. He leaves without cleaning my pool, gives me a refund and texts me that my pool has too many problems - well duh - hes the pool guy - oh and also - he wants payment up front before he does the work- DO NOT USE OR USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
