Bruce the owner came out to look at the job. gave me an estimate and time to start as well as completion. He helped me pick different tile and gave some recommendation. We really liked the suggestions and needed some guidance.
When the day came he and the crew showed up on time and were finished within time frame if not a little early. Could not be happier. I got the referral from my next door neighbor where he did same type of work as well as build an indoor shower removing tub. his work looked great there and at my home as well.
The only reason I didn't give him an A on the price was he was a little higher than some of the estimates ( not much ) but was well worth it. You get what you pay for and I think now that the job is done I got more.
He did everything he promised.

Bruce Pierdolla is without exaggeration one of the finest independent contractors I have ever encountered.
We are completely remodeling a 3,100 sq. ft. home in a gated subdivision in San Antonio. We are replacing all time in bathrooms and installing ceramic tile back spalsh above all kitchen counters.
When we asked for an estimate, he was immediately responsive. He came to our property and spent time listening to our desired outcomes and took precise measurements. He has an estimate back to us by that evening,
We had already pick out tile after a long search (more on that later). Bruce gave us the amount we would need for the three sizes of each tile plus the decorative ceramic border. The tile in the bathrooms has designed into it a and quot;rugand quot; pattern in front of the sinks, that involved a change of tile direction and a border.
When the day arrived for the installation, Bruce and his crew carefully set up their equipment. Because we have new wood floors, we had put down protective paper along all paths to the work. Bruce went one better by putting on top of that a protective, padded paper to protect the areas even more.
After getting fully set up, Bruce started to lay out the tile that WE had purchased. He asked to speak with us and showed us that the tile supplier we had selected had sold us tile from two different lots. Half of the tiles we 1/16and quot; smaller that the others. Bruce said that he could not install the tiles with a clear conscience, because his work reflected on him.
Bruce asked if he could pull off of the job and help us find the right tiles in exactly the colors we wanted. We agreed.
In less that a day, Bruce had found everything we needed. He purchased it for us and he did not add any profit to the materials. He charged us only the whole price he paid and the tile was even nicer.
More importantly, Bruce stuck to his original price, even though we had cost him and his crew an entire day - due to OUR mistake.
The quality of the installation can only be described as PERFECT. The back splash and the decorative glass accent is gorgeous. The alignment is precisin perfect even those there is a one-half inch drop across a long counter.
We have been married for over 40 years and have own 8 houses and have done lots of remodeling projects using contractors. Never have we experienced a contractor this responsive and professional. If you use Bruce he is welcome to show you the work he did in our home as a reference.
