+ 0 moreAfter waiting way over two months, I finally had to call and cancel my order. San Antonio office is poorly managed. They have a problem scheduling work. Called several time to ask when it would be installed. Always got the same answer..I don’t know. No way to run a business.

+ -1 moreFantastic. The highest grade of professionalism in every aspect of the transaction. Constant communication, construction required customizing skills and these were displayed in the quality of the screen fit to the sides and how well the entire balcony has remained bug-free. Would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone requiring high quality custom screening.
Description of Work: Screen in of balcony with power screen to the front and removable screens to the two sides. Also had to build custom sized permanent frames to screen in the odd size above the power screen.

PHANTOM SCREENS offers the following services: Phantom Screens are retractable and are available for doors - single or double,inswing or outswing & sliders. Also for windows is the "Serene" retractable screen. For patios and large openings the "Executive" power rollscreen can cover up to 25' wide and 16'tall.
We typically do not offer repair services for other brands of screens. We may be able to refer you to the local area rep for other products.
