We hate to add the following part since we had such a great outcome on the purchase of our house, but when we gave Petra the contract to sell the previous house we owned, the outcome was poor. She priced the house below our purchase price. We received a contract on the house the first day on the market but when the house went to closing, Petra didn't supply the appraiser with comparable houses and the house was valued $14,000 below the price Petra set. The appraiser noted the realtor had not provided comparable properties as requested on our appraisal. Our house did not close. Petra was leaving for Germany for a month when the house went back on the market so we were able to get out of the contract with her. We returned to the realtor who sold us the house, she provided all necessary paperwork to the appraiser and thanks to the new realtor didn't loose $14,000!

We made the decision to seek refinancing on 2 of our homes.  We immediately called Petra and she had us connected to a lender in a day.  She monitored the entire process and was there to close with us.  I do no real estate deals without my expert by my side and she is San Antonio's top agent in my book.

From start to finish, Petra was an excellent realtor.  We always knew that she was working for us . . . unlike the realtor we used for selling our previous home.  The experiences of selling our home and then buying a new one were total opposites.  In selling our home, we used a very well-known real estate firm that lists a lot of properties in Olmos Park where we lived.  We eventually learned that the buyers who made an offer on our home had ties to our realtor, as well as to the owner of the real estate firm.  In addition, our agent and the buyers' agent were friends.  In the end, because of the way negotiations went, we realized that our agent was NOT representing our best interests.   However, our buying experience, with Petra as our realtor, was totally different!   We never doubted for a moment that she was working for us.   She exhibited boundless energy when showing us properties, and she listened carefully as we described what we wanted and needed.    She is very knowledgeable and an excellent negotiator, and she is always polite and professional.   In short, she is just THE BEST!

Our story:            We looked at SA real estate for almost 2 years and I've been hyper critical of the available housing inventory and its real estate agents.   We felt we were doing our due diligence visiting our targeted neighborhoods & schools, researching the best builders, and (attempting to) predicting which communities will hold their value.    We've spoken with a handful of Realtor's that sent usSABOR system generated housing lists that met our mandatory home requirements but that was it!  No one bothered to attempt (for even a short time) to filter our other requirements before sending us the canned property listings.   Zillow and Trulia pretty much did the same thing but they easily provided additional information about each property.    Of the hundreds of homes that met our requirements we identified 12 homes that we were interested in when we first spoke with Petra.  Petra had an opening the following day where she could show us a few properties.  I selected a few homes in a neighborhood that I had my eye on.  Petraknew the area well and thought it would be a great place to start due to the eclectic home styles in the area.  After seeing the second home she encourage me to be candid and identify likes/dislikes on what we had seen so far...after all she was analyzing our interest.  Honestly, she knew exactly what we were looking for by the end of the first day.  She emailed me an updated listing that evening were she added/removed properties based on my feedback and explained why.  She ended up refining my searches so well that by the time we reached our third day of property viewing I had 3 properties I wanted to purchase...not bad :)  I consider Petra a friend and I would highly recommend her to serious buyers.

Petra drove me around for days.  I was looking for a great investment property, just the right one.  I came so close to choosing one and then would find a reason to not!  She was patient and kept on going!  This is my second property for investment and she was there for me on the first one.  I found the one and we closed in 3.5 weeks!  I am now the proud owner of 2 properties and Petra is my realtor forever!  She helped me purchase the home we live in.  That transaction was not without pain, but she showed me her extensive knowledge and tenacity when encountering obstacles.   I have known Petra for a long time and she always amazes me at her ease with people from the business world.
