Great customer service in the store. Excellent customer service when it came to delivery and installation. I would easily use them again. The product, carpet and carpet pad, were of the best quality and we love it.

Discount Carpet Warehouse did a horrible job for us. The carpet was the wrong shade of color and the actual laying of it had many flaws. It was almost as if the guys laying it didn't know how to or it was their first time. I talked to the owner and he told me that he would take it out and replace it. I tried several times to get them out here and didn't have any luck; I did decided to hire someone else to do the work.

Discount Carpet Warehouse did a great job on my carpet. They had a deal going on that if we didn't like the way the carpet looked; they would pull it up and change it. I did decide that I didn't like the original carpet and they did live up to the deal and changed out the carpet. They were very good to deal with.

Discount carpet does a great installation job on carpets. We had two carpets installed and everything fit tight. The service men were professional and efficient in getting the carpets completely level. The company has done work for us in the past and we are always pleased with their customer service and prices.

The wood flooring in my home is beautiful that we purchased from Discount Carpet and the installers did a fabulous job. The service men were dependable and did a great job the first time laying our flooring in two rooms. I was very pleased with the customer service and quality of work I received from this company.

I received very fast, courteous service from Discount Carpet when I had carpeting put in my living room, hallway and large den. I had ordered carpeting from somewhere else and it was taking a long time to get, so I looked around and found the same carpet at Discount. I was even more pleased when they told me they could install it right away and the price was a lot cheaper. The men came, installed all three carpets and did a fabulous job of getting everything tight and level.

I have a small living room in my home, when I purchased new carpet from Discount Carpet they sent two very nice people out to put it down for me. I am very pleased with my new carpet; the carpet fit the living room perfectly tight and level. The company was very professional to deal with; the service people did a very nice job of removing my old carpet and installing the new one without any problems at all.
