"Ms. Kilbury, we deeply regret that we missed the mark. Please know that we are using this situation as a learning experience to improve our processes and internal controls. The employees that you had the majority of interaction with are no longer employed with the company. As an electrical contractor licensed and registered with the state of Texas we adhere and uphold all governing electrical codes. We assure you that the temporary application you requested was done to code and the individual that completed the work was an experienced and properly licensed journeyman electrician. Additionally the temporary work was inspected by a licensed master electrician after your concerns were escalated to management. We do thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience did not meet your expectation. This is not a common instance and we will do better in the future."
