Eric did a great job getting an old pole light in my front yard working again, adding safety and security as I my vehicle had been recently broken in too. We have no street lights in a heavily treed neighborhood. Great job!!

I hired Michael to fix a plumbing issue. He did a great job, fixed what I needed fixed and cleaned up when the job was completed. He kept me informed during the process. I have additional work that needs to done and will be reaching out to PDI. Very satisfied!!!

We had the worst experience with this company. One would assume with 5 stars you would receive great service, but that was not our experience. We hired and paid a deposit to PDI in August of 2022 to upgrade our electrical box and do a few other misc things around the house. By May 2023, we still did not have a new box and the misc work performed was not to code. Furthermore, I had to do half their work and call Austin Energy (AE) myself to see what the problem was with our permit; and every time AE would say, your application is not filled out right or your ESPA is incorrect or......you name it. Finally after numerous hours wasted and subpar work in another area of our house, we fired them. I had requested a refund for the deposit we had on account and apparently their accounting team could not find it, so I had to supply them with their invoice, showing the deposit and the charge on my credit card. . I am appalled at their lack of professionalism, detail and overall work performance.

The employees that you had the majority of interaction with are no longer employed with the company. As an electrical contractor licensed and registered with the state of Texas we adhere and uphold all governing electrical codes. We assure you that the temporary application you requested was done to code and the individual that completed the work was an experienced and properly licensed journeyman electrician. Additionally the temporary work was inspected by a licensed master electrician after your concerns were escalated to management. We do thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience did not meet your expectation. This is not a common instance and we will do better in the future."

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional. Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric. ð

Outside my house in the kitchen area was a water leak coming from behind the outdoor siding. Called three different plumbing companies, PDI Services being one of them. PDI people located the problem which turned out to be a leak in the water line to ice maker. Of the three quotes I received, theirs was reasonably priced. Service personnel were friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They did a good job and cleaned up the area after job was completed.
