Wow! This business was recommended by a friend. I had a quote that I was comfortable with but decided to make just one more call. I am very glad that I did because they came out quickly and fixed my roof leak on the spot for 1/4 of the cost of my original quote to the penny. I have recommended them to a bunch of other people already and keep their contact information in my phone just in case I need them again. Well done, thank you!

It went very well. They were able to do everything in one day. The two areas look perfect.

Mr. Ton recommended ridge vents, roof vents and roof cement on the shingles around each stack or upright vent as they had loosened over time. He gave me a very fair estimate on a Friday. I called on Monday to schedule the work. They were here on Tuesday for about an hour and added all the ventilation and roof cement in about an hour. He was willing to do a small job and did good work. I would recommend him for anyone with a small job or larger one looking for a competent roofer.

. Mr. Tons sent someone out to look at the roof then called and told me they would get shingles and come and fix the damages area tomorrow. They checked the roof and let me know there was no other damage. They cleaned up after them selves. I would use them again.

Pat's guys really seemed to know what they were doing. They took the time to show me the problem areas and took many pictures of the areas that the repaired. They also pointed out that I had hail damage and I can now make an insurance claim.

He is awesome. Within two days he fixed a botched driveway and it was perfect. He is full service and just great. We have also used him to remove the popcorn off our ceiling and repaint. He has fair pricing. He is very honest and forthcoming. He tells us what he needs. He had a subcontractor come in with a high price for painting so he brought another subcontractor in.

Pat and his crew were exceptional in their performace. They showed up on time and the project was completed on time. The workmanship was excellent and I am extremely pleased with the end result. I could only afford to do the one side or I would have had the whole house done. As soon as I can afford it, I'm calling Pat to do the rest of the house.

A couple of years ago when I had my roof replaced, I also asked several companies how much they would charge to replace the siding. Pat Tons was the lowest estimate by far (anywhere from 40% cheaper to 80%). And since I had experience with Pat (his company replaced my roof), I knew the quality of work they performed, so I asked him to fix my siding.
From start to finish, Pat and his team did an amazing job. The estimate was about what I expected but Pat warned me that once he removed the siding if there was any structural repair that needed to be done that would be extra. Since I knew how much extra work my roof required, I assumed that there would be extra for the siding as well. As it turned out, there was not a lot extra, just some insulation and a bit of reframing for a section that juts out. The estimate included plenty of photographs of the existing siding and then as they worked, they took pictures of the entire progress. At the end they also took pictures, so I have a complete photographic history of the repair. They did the same thing when they replaced my roof, I now have two 3-ring binders that contain a comprehesive documentation of the work performed - to include the estimate, bill of materiels, pictures, written authorization by me to perform the additional framing work, and photocopies of the checks I wrote to pay for the work. I have never heard of any other contractor that did that. I'm sure those books will come in handy when I decide to sell the house.
Attention to detail and above-board work practices are also key in my decision to always go back to Pat. He is fully bonded and insured (photocopy of license in the folder), the city permit is posted before the work starts and is only removed when the city inspector inspects and approves the work, and his insistance that building codes are followed are the mark of a true professional who takes pride in his work.
The workers were very friendly and professional. At the end of the job (it only took 4 days) they cleaned up everything so you'd never know that anyone had been working there. The siding looks great and I couldn't be happier (well, if it were free that would make me happier).
