We are also an insured, bonded, and registered home improvement contractor for the cities of San Antonio, Schertz, Universal City and Victoria. We are a small business with three client relationship managers, two roofing crews, two construction crews, and a paint crew. The Company was very good at getting back to me and the pricing was good and they went out of there way to help and answer any questions we had. The work was excellent and done in a timely matter. The roofs were so nice and the fencing was done nice two. There are not enough words to say about this company. They are a great company. Would hire again to do more work.

Paul and Ruben were both very professional and trustworthy. Came out twice to do quotes after I had some additional concerns about what needed to be worked on. Assurances from Paul convinced me that I didn't need to worry about being overcharged for work that didn't need to be worked on. Very patient with my wife and I as this was our first big project on the house. His crew came out and did their work professionally and both Paul and Ruben were onsite to confirm work was finished to my satisfaction. Follow up a few days later to add in extra finishes that I didn't expect at no charge. Followed up a few weeks later to confirm I was still happy with how the whole project. We are looking to have more work done on the house and we don't need to look anywhere else. This is our go to company.

My husband and I had to replace the roof on our house before closing. We had already moved out of state and had to deal with everything long distance. Paul Espinoza of PaRu Construction was a lifesaver! He went above and beyond in every aspect to get the job done on time and even dealt with the insurance company, which saved us over $10K! I can't say enough good things about Mr. Espinoza and PaRu Construction, and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done!

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and materials used. The timeliness of completing work and no disruption to my day was exceptional. I appreciated the ongoing communication and status updates on progress of work. Lastly, PARU worked closely alongside with my insurance company to resolve any issues or concerns which in turn eliminated any concerns or stress of the project. The roofers were in and out in 2.5 days. Any items that I had questions about were addressed by the owner "Paul" immediately. The painters were very professional and polite. They actually repaired and completed a previous contractors work, and now the house looks fabulous. The cost of the roof and painting was very reasonable. 2400 sq ft house (4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 living areas, and kitchen) $8,000 for the Roof. $4,000 for the paint (finish scraping away popcorn ceiling, re-texture ceiling and paint ceiling, walls and trim). I am now having PaRu give an estimate for repair and painting of the exterior house and trim. I will use them for all future work on my house.

Excellent. We had 11 workers show up on time as they wanted to complete the project in one day before the rains came. They were done by 5:00 and would have finished sooner if the city inspector had come earlier. I even suggested they put their sign in my front yard so neighbors could see the quality of their work.

I highly recommend Paru Construction for any roofing work needed. My roof was replaced in one day, they did an exceptional job and left everything clean afterwards. They made everything very easy by working with my insurance. The deductible was reduced from my claim so I paid nothing out of pocket and was left with a new roof! They did a great job. They are very good communicators. They kept us up to speed on all things. They were able to work with our insurance company. I'm very pleased with the end results. They never asked for any money up front only when the project was complete.

Paul was very professional and straight forward about what had to be done. He was very familiar with the ins and outs of dealing with insurance companies. His crew showed up promptly when scheduled to do the job and finished the same day. They did a thorough clean up of debris on our yard and the neighbor's. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof repaired/replaced.
