They were been very good, they have been coming on time, they should be coming again on 05/08/2018. I have been with them for 4 years, and they are coming twice a month. They were very prompt and professional. The staff is friendly. The pricing is reasonable.

In September of 2017 I began to notice mold forming on the sides of the cedar planks as well as 5 or more spliced areas (Paradise Lawn work) failing and deteriorating as well as many "soft" areas that were spongy to step on...all a danger and liability to us in the event that a guest trip on or go through one of these areas and injure themselves. I then hired another profession in decks and deck restoration. He removed several planks revealing more mold and rotting cedar. First, it was noted that spacing between the planks during the first repair (Paradise Lawn) was inadequate in random areas preventing aeration to the underneath. Second, it was noted as well that the screws used in Paradise Lawn's repair were of a random variety and only 1 1/2 inches in length: the standard is at least 2 1/2 inches in length. Third, many areas at the juncture of the cedar planks to the underneath base were not secured by a screw. Final cost to me of a deck paid for in full on May 12, 2014 was $10,545.78 The repair completed on September 14, 2017 was at a cost of $1,290.00. We are talking a 3 year old deck who has many more problematic areas that will need to be addressed in the near future. Shoddy workmanship and a curt attitude from the Paradise management. OUTRAGEOUS! DO NOT HIRE!

1 year. They repeatedly used large, heavy equipment on a small yard. When we asked them not to use the heavy equipment, the crew just acted like they understood and then used it anyway. Called the office 3 time and then discontinued their service.

The crew was only interested in getting in and getting out and not continuously maintaining an excellent job. They broke sprinklers and continue to use heavy weighted equipment on a small yard. Even with repented tiff notice not to use heavy equipment, crew continued to use the equipment. The office was notified on two separate occasions on the third Acacian we did not even bother calling any longer and discontinued our service.

I was trying to get them to do some work but it didn't work out and it was two months I waited for them and they would always giving these run around and pushing me back. But they hold me back they told me that they were going to do it and I got so caught up at work and then I finally let it go, they came and gave me an estimate they call me though, they actually showed up twice at my house but they never did the work because they never put me into it.

Paradise Lawn and Maintenance is an excellent firm that provides to top quality services. Team was always on time with a crew ready and eager to work. Very polite and friendly. Lawn always looked great afterwards.

The Paradise crew has been awesome. We have approximately 1 acre of grounds to care for including fairly intricate landscaping with a lot of beds, shrubs, backyard water feature, sport court, kitchen area, and large trees that shed like crazy at different times of the year. Paradise keeps our outside area looking great year round. I have never once had to call and complain about the job they perform. Our shrubs are professionally manicured and I've rarely had to pull even a single weed from my beds. The crew is punctual and professional and leave our entire outdoor living areas clean and free of debris. The crew often goes above and beyond expectations such as securing my dog in a small holding pen while they work in the backyard and then releasing him before they depart. I recently demossed a tree and trimmed some branches and left a large pile of debris in my front flower bed with the intention of hauling it off myself on the weekend. Before I could do that, the Paradise crew took it upon themselves to pick up the debris and clean the bed. I also use Paradise to maintain my irrigation system and they do an excellent job in that area as well. If you are looking for a dependable and professional team to take care of your landscaping needs you can rely on Paradise to do just that.

Went well - the owner was personally on-site to supervise people. He ensured that for the first job that the work was done according to expectations. I have decided to retain their services on a monthly basis.

They do my monthly maintenance for my lawn. I don't go to anybody else because of their service.

Their work is outstanding. I would recommend them very much. You can use them for just about any landscaping or yard upgrade, working, cleaning and hardscape. They are very professional. They really understand, they know how to get the job done efficiently and they do hard quality work. The price is fair; we got what we pay for.

Paradise Lawn and Maintenance was not my first choice for a pool installation. I contacted the big named companies in town only to be disappointed by their bottom line prices. I was looking for a and quot;one stop shoppingand quot; company but didn't wan't to compromise quality. After getting a quote with the owner, Scott, I was very interested. I met him at another project he was doing to check out the quality and was very impressed. I hired him immediately. We have been very happy with the results. The entire company was a pleasure to work with. For every phase there were different crews but all of them were very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Like with any project, there were times when we ran into some sort of challenge or issue or even last minute changes made by me. However, Scott kept a level head, made some suggestions and overcame those issues. I have since passed his name on to my co-workers at Century 21and any friends I know that are in the market for anything needed outside. If your in the market for a pool be sure to call Scott. I highly recommend Scott and Paradise Lawn and Maintenance.

Paradise Lawn and Maintenance provides lawn mowing and trimming on three acres in front of our house. The area is rocky in spots, and has many oaks, so the riding mowers can cover only a portion of the area, the rest is done by hand-held line mowers. The five-man crews are courteous, organized, efficient, and never waste a minute. They are very careful on the property, and never damage the trees or other plants -- they even work around wildflowers when in bloom, which I appreciate. I could not do the job as well as they do it. They never disappoint.

They didn't complete the work. They told me the deck is built and then said okay use these guys to stain it and this is how much it will cost. It took them 4 years to do the job. It was not a good experience. They lied to me I don't know how many times. Their general managers were getting fired.

They did an excellent job with my yard. I was very pleased with their work.

We've been using Paradise for several years now. They've always done a great job and we are happy with their service. We've had a couple of downed trees when there were storms in our area, and I called them and they were right out cutting the tree down for a reasonable price.
