Catering Service
The selection process was done over approximately 3 meetings, the first one being a food tasting of sample menu items. The representative was knowledgible and responsive to all our questions. We also had a cake tasting to help us decide on both the bride's and groom's cakes. All communication by phone or email was well received and promptly responded to.
There were several additions to the number of guests in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding and these adjustments were easily accomodated. The day of the wedding the staff handled everything! The food was absolutely delicious and the bar and wait staff did an outstanding job.
The cakes were the only disapointment. The decorating was not very good and the groom's cake was very dry. I would not recommend this caterer for any cake orders but the food was terrific so I would still hire them in the future. The catering bill was the single largest expense of the total cost of the wedding. We received so many compliments that overall, I can definitely recommend Page Barteau Catering.
