The gentleman arrived promptly and got to work. He told me they use very little water, but it took two days to dry. He did not supply pads for the furniture legs to place back on carpet (other companies have done this in the past) so I waited until the next morning to replace carpet. The carpet in the hallways do not look like they have been cleaned at all. I paid extra for odor removal that seems to have worked well.

If we moved furniture and did not put plastic pads under the furniture legs, then I will speak to my technicians about that, as that is what should be done in those cases. I will visit with the technician that did your cleaning and either he or I will reach out to you to see if we can resolve the issue with your hallway and try to determine what factors may have led to such an abnormal dry time. Excellent! The quality of the work is outstanding. Chuck, the gentleman who did the work, was fantastic. He was efficient, professional and super friendly. He was completely focused on customer service and delivered it big time. I would rehire him without question. I give him the highest recommendation.
