+ 0 moreThe owner came out and gave us a fair estimate very quickly. He was good about explaining the work we needed done and not trying to sell us on work we did not need. The work was scheduled and completed within a couple of weeks. Other companies told us there was a 7+ month wait time to get a roof replaced. Overall, we were very happy with work done on our home and we would hire OSO again.
Description of Work: We had a complete roof replacement due to hail damage and partial fascia replacement/painting.

Description of Work: They took down a 60ft long and 10ft high cinder block wall together with the beams. The working space is very tight - about 5ft to my neighbor's house. |They have poured new piers and footings but still have a lot more to do. |The final cost will be very expensive because everything has been done by hand. |They were the only fence company in San Antonio that I could get to bid on the job because of the liability issues. |I would highly recommend them. |Val is very good to work with and knows his job.

+ -1 moreThey had a very good price but it was still too much. I think that they did a good job in being thorough. The only improvement would be that they could have gotten back to me a little faster but that wouldn't have made any difference.

+ -1 moreThey came out, very friendly and professional. After initial visit, waited about a week, then we called him to ask about the estimate. He got it to us that day. My husband called later about some details of the estimate and the owner was very thorough in answering his questions. We thought the estimate was fair. In the meantime, we changed our minds about having the work done and decided against enclosing the carport. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN for work and may call later for landscaping (which they also do).
