They were wonderful to work with. Showed us several example designs and listened to our concerns. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased with the design and finish.

City of SA doesn't require hand rails unless you have four steps but we have three and they could be a tad hard to handle in bad weather. After getting quotes from a couple of other companies but no one showing up to do the work, we reached out to Osacr's and immediately we were impressed with the presentation and professionalism. It was with the extra money. Today after a few weeks of fabrication - we finally have our hand rails installed and they are beautiful!!! Our toddler has already given them her stamp of approval by using them!

They were able to do custom design, custom sizes and custom installation, they did an excellent job.

It turned out beautiful and the price was as promised.  Couldn't ask for a better job well done.

After talking with Oscar and his team, I e-mailed them a photo of existing iron rails on the front of my house.  They duplicated that design on the porch rails which were custom made in their facility.  Once the rails were completed, they were primed and painted before being installed.  Everyone I dealt with at Oscar's was highly professional and proud of their work as am I.  The rails make my porch more attractive and perfectly complement the existing wrought iron features on the house.

They came out the same day we called.  They were on another job but came after they finished.  Got here about 7PM and finished very quickly.  Great welding job.

I liked everything about working with them; I have recommended them to everybody that I can recommend them to. They show up when they say they are going to and do what they say they are going to do. This firm delivers a product that exceeded our expectations and they will continue to do anything until I am happy. It is a family company so they are all involved in all aspects of the work.

We were promptly contacted by Oscar's for a bid and worked with the owner's sons, Oscar Jr and Mike, on the project. Their initial bid was much higher than any competitor and we planned to remove them from the short list. However, they continued to pursue us and rework the design (which we actually preferred the end result more than the initial) to reduce the cost to our budget. The end design was more in line with what the other bids had included and Oscar's price was very competitive. Oscar Jr came to our house a few times to review the redesign and provided a sample of what all would look like. He always called before arriving and was always prompt at our agreed meeting times.
They then set the timeline for the fabrication and installation dates. These were kept on time and delivered on schedule. We received communication along the way - something we had never experienced by any other trade group. We have recently completely remodeled our house and worked with every trade group available.
A couple days before scheduled delivery, we were notified the guys would be arriving and starting the installation. During the installation, everyone was very professional, polite, and respectful. The job site was very clean at the end of each day.
The end result is beautiful. They were meticulous with the alignment and leveling the fence. Since this was prefabbed at their shop, all the measurements were taken beforehand and the assembly was perfect at the job site. Any adjustments to the fence panels were made overnight back at the shop and returned the next day to prevent any delays. I was very impressed with the layout and design which made the onsite assembly very fast.
The quality of this job is outstanding and I could not have asked for a better experience all around.
